O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

As much as I hate to say it, you're better off at Applebee's, or Texas Roadhouse, or literally any other chain restaurant. Service was great, everything else sucked.

Chicken tenders were small and soggy. I so wanted fish and chips. It was more like soggy fish tenders with a side of salt fries. I don't see us ordering again. Oh I forget to mention the lack luster sampler platter.

Food was ok, we had 2 waitresses the first didn’t speak good English but our second waitress was super nice and took good care of us , place had that old food smell but all in all it was ok

The waiter was friendly and put up with us crazy ladies. It was clean and people were nice. The food tastes like the pictures on the website, subpar mediocre at best. Baked potato was just ok, club was made with cheap lunch meat and the chips tasted like they haven’t changed the deep fryer grease in a while. If it was cheaper I would say good for not cooking on a small budget.

Food was delicious, service was great and everyone was so nice and friendly

I hadn't been to O'Charleys in a while, as my local one closed. Server was prompt, efficient, or friendly. Food was cooked perfectly to order (I had a steak).

It was not a great experience for me and my friends and family . Good had to be sent back . Service was slow . A Waitress we impolite not knowing we heard her being rude out being our server . The so called manager came to take and gave us a $5 off coupon for when we wanted to come back . Oh yea also my friend ended up getting food poisoning from there and she called and asked for manager someone hung up in her face . It was bad

It smells and the floor (carpet) and wood surfaces were slightly sticky. The server wasn't bad but not the best, she forgot things and definitely isn't serious about her job. The food was good for what it was. Dont need to return but my in-laws will ask us to I'm sure.

Lack luster experience, food item was wrong yet blamed on the cook. We were not looking for blame, just for the right order. Service wasn't stellar with just a few tables inside.

I've never had an issue with this restaurant before until now. The food is decent, but the service was very lacking. We came in around 350 pm and waited for about ten minutes to get our drink order taken. But then it took our server 20 minutes just to bring the drinks and he didn't even bring the right drinks. Before I could say anything at all or get our food order taken, he just walked away and we waited for another ten minutes and still didn't come back it was like he was ignoring us. It wasn't like it was busy in there anyway, only a few other tables in our section were taken. So we just got tired of waiting and left.
