O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

I've never had an issue with this restaurant before until now. The food is decent, but the service was very lacking. We came in around 350 pm and waited for about ten minutes to get our drink order taken. But then it took our server 20 minutes just to bring the drinks and he didn't even bring the right drinks. Before I could say anything at all or get our food order taken, he just walked away and we waited for another ten minutes and still didn't come back it was like he was ignoring us. It wasn't like it was busy in there anyway, only a few other tables in our section were taken. So we just got tired of waiting and left.

Thank you, O'Charley's restaurant, for hanging tough. I appreciate you keeping the menu full of delectable choices.

Me and my wife visited this location while in the Richmond area the service was great, atmosphere was good my wife really enjoyed her food I didn't really care for the salad I ordered but overall great place.

We did have a large group, but it was still slow service. I think they needed more help with our tables.

This had to be the cooks' first week. The food was cold. 3 people in our party didn't receive the correct order. The service was great . The manager did comp some of the guest check.
2 out of 10 would not recommend any time soon .

This spot was terrible, the inside temperature was hot, service was lacking severely, wait time just to order drinks was 15 mins before anyone came to take my order. Then refills were non existent until another 35 mins later. I was about to leave when I saw the food finally come. Food took almost an hour and when I got it, the chicken was burnt like it was under the heating lamp for a a long time and the Mac and cheese tasted like rubber. What's worse other people who had come after me were getting their food before me, were actually getting service like they were purposely ignoring me. Second time visiting this place and last time, I see why they're going out of business, lack of training of the staff, poor customer service and overrated food.

Fast pick up, we ordered online for pickup. But I couldn't eat anything at all, really. The chicken tenders were bone dry even with ranch, there was zero sauce on my Mac and cheese side, and the Unseasoned broccoli had the texture of mashed potatoes, and tasted like batter somehow. We got a gift card for Xmas, only reason we aren't going to go out of our way to ask for a refund. Also husband's steak was purple, he had to stick it in the air fryer to cook it. XD

I've always loved ocharleys but after tonight we won't be returning, my chicken tenders and shrimp were so over fried that they were like leather, the rolls didn't rise so they weren't fluffy like their rolls are supposed to be. I couldn't even eat 90% of my entree and we were only given a 25% discount on the entree when we complained, still had to pay $15 for food that was inedible. The only reason I give a 2 star is because our waitress was super sweet. I really wanted chicken tenders, I should have just gone across the street to cane's.

This place used to be my favorite chain resteraunt. I dont know what happened, but since the last time I went and now, they have pulled a 180. The rolls used to be delicious, now they are horrible. My prime rib was tiny, they gave me like 1 oz of mac and cheese and same for the green beans (which were so salty that I couldn’t finish them)

I left very disappointed and still hungry. Im guessing their corporate owners are pinching pennies, and it is reflected in the quality of the food.

Service was great as always.
