Tonight was my birthday and we had 9 guests for dinner. Amy was awesome as soon as we walked in the door!! Nathan was our server and was on top of everything. Our food came out in a timely order and everything was great. Thank you, good service is harder to come by these days.

The service was mediocre at best. The restaurant did not feel very clear. The bathrooms were dirty.

As much as I hate to say it, you're better off at Applebee's, or Texas Roadhouse, or literally any other chain restaurant. Service was great, everything else sucked.

Chicken tenders were small and soggy. I so wanted fish and chips. It was more like soggy fish tenders with a side of salt fries. I don't see us ordering again. Oh I forget to mention the lack luster sampler platter.

Food was ok, we had 2 waitresses the first didn’t speak good English but our second waitress was super nice and took good care of us , place had that old food smell but all in all it was ok

The waiter was friendly and put up with us crazy ladies. It was clean and people were nice. The food tastes like the pictures on the website, subpar mediocre at best. Baked potato was just ok, club was made with cheap lunch meat and the chips tasted like they haven’t changed the deep fryer grease in a while. If it was cheaper I would say good for not cooking on a small budget.

Food was delicious, service was great and everyone was so nice and friendly

I hadn't been to O'Charleys in a while, as my local one closed. Server was prompt, efficient, or friendly. Food was cooked perfectly to order (I had a steak).

It was not a great experience for me and my friends and family . Good had to be sent back . Service was slow . A Waitress we impolite not knowing we heard her being rude out being our server . The so called manager came to take and gave us a $5 off coupon for when we wanted to come back . Oh yea also my friend ended up getting food poisoning from there and she called and asked for manager someone hung up in her face . It was bad

Worst meal we have ever gotten there. Poor service. Not like it used to be, very disappointed. Ate on Sunday at 3pm
