This place has gone down the drain in service and atmosphere. I don't cut this to one experience, this has been the last couple times I came. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was ridiculous. Manager was trying to be helpful, but ultimately have us 20% off and a $10 coupon or something. I left the coupon on the table and I would have paid an extra 20% just to get out of that place more quickly.The food took so long to get to us and no service was around for so long, I actually considered waking out and I highly doubt anyone would have noticed or cared. Over an hour for a baked potato that we NEVER GOT.This was just the last experience. Others were similar, just not this bad. I hope they either get their act together or get out of the way for a business that actually WANTS to do service that people enjoy.

We had a wonderful experience. Marsha was the hostess and the first person we saw upon entering the restaurant. Marsha was pleasant, helpful, and had an outstanding personality. She is the ideal person to meet and greet the customers. We look forward to returning to the restaurant in the future.

Kitchen was training new cooks which took forever for our food to arrive. When it finally came, we had to get to go boxes. The GM was very nice and apologized. Our server was nice.
