Panera has a different, but tasty, menu so it's really worth trying if you haven't. This location has great customer service and it's clean. I enjoyed my recent visit and my wife has been here several times recently, so check it out.

Do not order from this Panera. They are not trained on details. Several times I have received salads with no utensils, dressing or missing ingredients all together. Do not trust them with lunch. They will be sure to disappoint.

I’ve been here for lunch two days in a row.. they did awesome with my food. I got the Tuscan chicken Asiago bagel sandwich and it’s made so well both times. Delicious and done right on time!

I really, really appreciate the excellent service at this location. The Team Leader was so gracious to have a fresh batch of coffee brewed, even as I told her it wasn’t necessary. I frequently this location when I pass through Richmond because it’s close to a Tesla charging station. Have always gotten good service over the years, but today was very special. Thank you to the Team Lead and her team.
Hit the bathroom first and could not order food from a place with such a rank restroom. Nasty. And the only non-handicap stall is so tiny you have to straddle the toilet to open/close the stall door, and your elbows hit the stall walls while sitting on the toilet. My coat touched the toilet bc I couldn’t take it off as the coat/purse hook is missing (holes visible where one used to exist) Gross gross gross. I’m only 5’2”… its not like I am a large person complaining about a reasonable sized stall. Smelled gross, visibly dirty… I don’t want to eat food in an establishment like that and prepared by workers having to use that restroom where their arms are brushing the nasty walls.

Tried to take my 4 year old to lunch as a special occasion… waited 25 minutes and our food was still not ready. We had to leave to be somewhere and although we got a refund, left hungry and annoyed at wasting our time here.

Waited 20 min for a simple rapid pickup order, then told they’re out of one of the items and I need to go stand in line to see the cashier to get a replacement. Zero service recovery. Not an experience I need when trying to grab a quick bite to eat with a toddler so we can make an appointment nearby.

Prices are too high, portions are getting smaller, and quality is getting worse. It's ok food. The only thing I still like there is the broccoli cheddar soup. The salad I had was ok. The dressing had a weird aftertaste.
