this is the absolute worst panera ive ever had the displeasure of visiting. ive been going here for a few months now and have been thinking about leaving a review because of how bad the drinks are every time I get them and how bad the food is every time I get it, but the last straw was the absolutely poor customer service and the rude drive-thru workers that make this location a living hell. Don't go, save yourself the effort.

I ordered a cinnamon roll. It was hard as I don't know what. I only stopped there because I had a gift card. It's a very expensive place. You would think that everything should be fresh but that cinnamon roll tasted as if was made yesterday. Very disappointed

This is my favorite Panera Bread by far. They’ve never messed up my order and the quality is the best here. I had the best Mediterranean veggie sandwhich ever, thank you!! It was pleasantly filled and so crisp, as you can tell I already took a bite, that good!

After some not-so-good experiences at other nearby Panera locations, we have settled on this one, because they do the job right! We order takeout to take to our daughter's place after her workday, and what we have ordered has always been on time, hot, fresh, and good. Their Value Duets are the best deal on the planet right now, and you can eat a great healthy meal here for less than you would spend on gut-rot from McD's! :)

Order was wrong, and had to get it remade. After it was remade it still wasn’t right, and the food in general was just not that good. There are so many great places to eat around the area; I would definitely avoid this Panera!

I ordered a ciabatta French dip sandwich by phone. Got to the business and after waiting, was told they never got the call for the order. Recognized the man who answered yet he denied getting the order. At time of call, I was charged, then they charged again at the place and this time it’s $3 more. Sandwich is not French dip. It’s a bit of onion soup and it’s terrible as a dip! Sandwich had little taste to it. Will not get this again.
