Absolutely disgusting. First my order took 10 minutes beyond the scheduled time, fine. But then I got back to my office to eat my sandwich…… there was a LIVE GREEN STINK BUG IN MY SANDWICH. I am so disgusted I will never eat at Panera ever again. Yes, I understand that “greens” can sometimes contain bugs but HOW did the person making the sandwich not see that?! This is a quality control issue. Not just the suppliers issue.

They changed the way they made the tuna sandwich. I like the old way better, so I always have to customize my sandwich the old way.

I had a good experience overall at this Panera. Service was prompt and efficient, and the dining area was being kept in great shape—everything looked well-maintained.
I did take one star off because the atmosphere felt a bit impersonal. There was no greeting when I walked in, which set a colder tone. Also, the bathroom needed attention; there were paper towels on the floor and it didn’t feel as clean as the rest of the restaurant.
Still, solid service and a well-kept space. I’d return.

First - they messed our pickup order. Which is fine it happens. But this was the 2nd time this happens. What’s worse is the rotting avocados on my sandwich!! Stay away!

The Panera app made it easy to order before we got there to dine in & our food was ready as we walked in. We ordered the Chicken & Wold rice soup & the tomato soup. Both were delicious. We will be back to earn & spend more rewards.

this is the absolute worst panera ive ever had the displeasure of visiting. ive been going here for a few months now and have been thinking about leaving a review because of how bad the drinks are every time I get them and how bad the food is every time I get it, but the last straw was the absolutely poor customer service and the rude drive-thru workers that make this location a living hell. Don't go, save yourself the effort.

I ordered a cinnamon roll. It was hard as I don't know what. I only stopped there because I had a gift card. It's a very expensive place. You would think that everything should be fresh but that cinnamon roll tasted as if was made yesterday. Very disappointed
This is my favorite Panera Bread by far. They’ve never messed up my order and the quality is the best here. I had the best Mediterranean veggie sandwhich ever, thank you!! It was pleasantly filled and so crisp, as you can tell I already took a bite, that good!
