Whenever Akil was working, I dreaded ordering. He’d get my food wrong half the time—cold soup, missing ingredients, or a bagel with barely a smear of cream cheese. If I asked him to fix it, he’d roll his eyes or give me this fake smile like I was the problem. He talked over me while I ordered, either to a coworker or into his phone, and half-listened to what I was saying. More than once, he “forgot” my Panera card points, and only scanned it when I caught him. He tossed napkins onto the counter instead of handing them over, slid my tray toward me hard enough to slosh my drink, and never once checked if my order was right. It always felt like he was doing me a favor by even speaking to me, and by the time I left, I was annoyed enough to wish I’d gone somewhere else.

They messed up and didn’t even heat my bagel and they looked annoyed when I asked for it. Also my pomegranate drink tasted like straight water, nothing was good about it. Honestly nothing had any taste, I truly do not like this place after this experience and they won’t be getting my business ever again. I believe they need to start training their employees a little bit better and longer since they seem so incompetent.

For a place that only heats up their food, they’re pretty bad at it. You ask for a bagel heated up, they don’t do it and they don’t even cut it in half for you. Then you order plain cream cheese and they give you lowfat honey walnut cream cheese. Every time something like this happens, won’t be coming anymore.

Worst Panara have ever been in. Sit in drive thru 25 minutes. Finally got the order and left. Could not eat the food because I had no silverware and napkins. Hard to eat a salad without a fork. Oh well never going back.

I have a mixed review about the take-out order, food & this specific location (at Nuckols Road): (a) Overall, food (i.e., Egg-Croissant Sandwich, Soup & Chocolate Croissant for my family) was alright, and My family like Soup the most; (b) Service Issue-1: We ordered Egg-Croissant Sandwich (i.e., Vegetarian & no Meat), however, they put Bacon in one of the Sandwiches (which we found at home); and (c) Service Issue-2: The Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator of this place was rude (during responding to some of my questions regarding the menu as I was completely a new customer to this location). To this end, I would say food was overall okay (even though they made a mistake in one order), while the service was not. I don't think I will go back there (that specific location) again.

Cleanliness is the main reason for my low rating. I observed ants on the counter near the fountain soda machine. The bathrooms were out of paper products and poorly maintained. The tables had a film on them and were not cleaned properly. The store appears to be well-staffed, but the focus seems to be on meeting order efficiency, with other important details being overlooked.
