Pizza was early for delivery and the delivery guy was awesome!!!! The pizza not so much..I get my pizza loaded and the toppings were...well not so much. The stuffed crust was all dough.

Consistently unclean and unprofessional. This Papa John’s on Brook Road is always dirty. The front counter looks like a junkyard—last visit there was a dust-covered open fan sitting out, and this time there were tacky Christmas decorations, personal drinks, and employees’ belongings scattered everywhere. They also mark orders as “ready” while the pizzas are still in the oven, which is misleading.
The most concerning part was watching a front counter employee take medicine and drink from her bottle right in front of me, then go straight back to prepping food without washing her hands after handling her cup, bag, and pills. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable for any restaurant.

Placed an order at 11:18, at 11:45 i looked an said it was on the way. At 12:11 I called and they said they were short staffed and it should be delivered within 5-10 mins. Mind you i am maybe 5 minutes away. At 12:23 the driver texted me saying he was on the way. At that point the food is cold and gonna be horrible. Had to cancel. Between that and the app not adding the correct tip (15%is always closer to 18%-20%) im done with papa johns

Placed an online order 10 HOURS in advance and when we arrived, we were told it’d be at least 30 minutes before they could make our order because they were so far behind. RIDICULOUS! Do not recommend.

I won't be ordering from this Establishment any longer. The first order was delivered, the pizza was dry and the wings were burnt. I called back and Manger informed me he would resend my complete or which was appropriate due to the fact I spent $38. Needless to say the second order the pizza was undercooked and just didn't taste good. My husband and I wasted $38 and was disappointed 😞 No more Papa John's for us. Just seems like food is not prepared like it once was.

This is my go-to store. They're always quick. I accidently ordered a papadilla instead of a medium pizza and they comped the pizza. Totally my mistake but I appreciate them fixing it free of charge.

Whatever happened to customer service,girl at counter took my order and when I got home I saw it wasn't what I ordered,called the store to complain about order being wrong,she calls me a liar and I ask to speak to store manager,she never put on the phone and tells me I could come back in and they would remake it..do u think I would go back into a place that messed up my food to remake it,its really to bad because they lost a good customer..so I will be ordering my next pie and wings at Marco pizza on Brook Road
