My order took an astonishing 90 minutes to arrive, and to my dismay, it was cold and lacked the freshness I've come to associate with this establishment.Seeking a resolution, I called the store, only to be met with a lengthy 30-minute wait just to speak to someone. The manager, Marsh, who finally answered, was anything but helpful. Her demeanor was not just unprofessional; it was outright rude. Instead of understanding and rectifying the situation with a refund, she offered a mere credit, missing the point entirely that the issue was not just the delay, but the complete lapse in the quality of food and service.This experience is a stark departure from the high standards I've experienced in the past. It's disheartening to see such a decline, and it's prompted me to reconsider my loyalty to this store. I placed a large order for my work crew and when I went to pick up order the girl that was working that night was extremely rude. I asked her how long had my order been ready and she didn’t even respond, I asked her how much were the 2 liter sodas and she gave me a response but in a frustrated-annoyed manner. Just overall rude and not a pleasant experience

PAPA JOHNS NEEDS TO GET RID OF THEIR CALL CENTERS WHEN YOU CALL TO PLACE AN ORDER. The people don’t speak good English and constantly just get you to try to upgrade your order or add extra things. ITS AWFUL.

Called in a order and when we got there to get it they hadn't even started to make it. What is the point of call in a order if there not going to make it tell you get there and then tell you it well be 30 minutes. But tell you on the phone it will be ready in 20 minutes.

This was the worst pizza I have ever had next to the pizza we had one week prior to Saturday (11/4/2023). I should have followed up instincts and left the pizza there and asked for a refund after seeing crates of dough sitting in the open with flies on looking dough made weeks ago. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were sitting there to be thrown out. The pizza made ALL of us sick. The dough was not cook all the way, so we put the entire pizza in the oven on a pizza crisper to finish cooking. We should have taken it back. This is our LAST TIME ORDERING PAPA JOHN'S.

Been eating Papa Johns for 20 years and this was the worst experience by far. Shaqaroni pizza looked like it was an old left behind pizza, cookie pizza was burnt, oreo bites was sloppy and pathetic. They forgot my Pepsi and when I called, the caller said "we'll get one to you when there's a delivery in your area and I don't know when that will be". I ordered the Pepsi to go with the pizza!Terrible food and service. I'll be sure to just do carryout from Mechanicsville or something.
Customer service was rude, nasty, disrespectful, and cashier cursed at by customer.Check your receipts they will overcharge if you do not pay attention.

I ordered from this papa John's on brook road Saturday evening (11/4/2023). Sadly I have to say that this was the worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered from this location a week ago and had the same experience. I thought maybe they just had a bad day and gave them an opportunity to redeem themselves. Unfortunately, the results was the same, maybe a little worst. The pizza made all who ate it sick and sent to the restroom. I should have left the pizza there and asked for a refund after seeing crates of pizza dough sitting in the open with flies on them. Again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they crates were throw-away and that they had fresh dough elsewhere. Needless to say that is MY LAST TIME ordering papa John's.

No one waited on me, they were too busy with some huge offers they I understand.I works rather someone tell me, we're to buddy, come back another time.I waited between 5-10 minutes, then walked out.Not good, not professional understanding everyone cannot find enough employees.Oh well, it is what it is.

Doesn’t surprise me this papa John’s has a 3.5 star review . Ordered online , large pepperoni well done light sauce . What I got was the sloppiest pizza ever . Cheese was hardly melted so the cooked well done part obviously never happened and they definitely didn’t go easy on the sauce . It’s as if they doubled up on the sauce . I would t waste your time or money here at this location , customer will be disappointed

Delicious takeout experience! Got their limited time Spicy Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust pizza and added onions. They really brought the heat!! Best pizza I've ever had from Papa Johns. The staff was very nice too.I hope they decide to bring this one back to the menu from time to time. It's a must-try for spice lovers!
