Need to cook oxtail pho way longer. Meat was tough and soup not buttery like Korean oxtail soups.

I had a Pho with well done Brisket and a side of white rice. The food was good and tasty.

This is one of the better Vietnamese restaurants in the Richmond area. Its in the cut in Virginia Commons and just happened to drive by and said I'm gonna give it a try. I was pleased that I did. This is my go to spot now. The food is fresh and very tasty...excellent flavor with the broken rice dishes and the pho. I've go there every couple of weeks now and have loved mostly everything.

Oh yeah, oh yeah. I agree, they do need to work on their serving and waiting table skills. That being said I wasn't expecting much but the food was really good. The pho was literally the best I've had in Richmond. It was really rich and hearty. The wings, check. The spring rolls, check. They passed with flying colors over here. That fried rice looked something decent so I'mma come through again and see what they got going on.

Good food, but a bit small in quantity. It tastes good and served fresh. Portions of meat are small though.

If you have no standards and just want something like pho, come here. If you've had decent pho anywhere, don't come here. Just go to one of the many nearby chain restaurants.

I wouldn’t recommend eating here. When it first opened it was pretty decent, but as they’ve been around longer my family and I have noticed the quality going downhill. Most recently I ordered 4 banh mi sandwiches to go and it took almost an hour for them to be brought out. I tried to call ahead but couldn’t because their phone is down. I sat at one of the booths while waiting and was passed multiple times by the workers and not once acknowledged or even checked on to see if I needed anything. I work in the service industry and understand the wait that can come with a to go order, but their sandwiches are one of the quickest things served once ordered. The server brought my food out as soon as I got up to go ask what was taking so long, which made me think I should’ve done that sooner. When I got home I opened the one I was told was pork and realized how little meat and veggies were inside. For a foot long banh mi I would’ve expected at least a little more of everything - every bite was mainly bread. The consistency of this place is so hit or miss and unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

I've had takeout from here before through a friend. So this was the first time going in. We were set immediately. It was Sunday evening. Upon seating the brothers Waters and menus. I ordered the number one which was delicious. Also had the spring rolls with shrimp. Amazing. And they serve boba! The one thing I did not fancy was they serve soda in cans. But that's not that big of a deal food and service outright we're amazing
