Listen to the reviews before you decide to make an order from this location! The experience I had was utterly unacceptable. Considering the amount of negative reviews this location has you would think they would care to make whatever changes they need in order to provide better customer service. Clearly this location does not care! I put an order in for delivery on May 23, 2022 & my order was confirmed at 8pm. It took a whopping 2 HOURS to deliver my pizza! I was shocked because the shop didnt even bother to give me a heads up. When I called to see what was going on I was told that it was on the way. When I asked for an exact time estimate of when to expect my pizza I was then told it could possibly be another 15 minutes. It was past 10pm that my pizza had finally been delivered. The person that answered the phone did not care about the 2 hour delay nor did she even try to make things right! The whole point of me placing a delivery was to get my pizza delivered in a timely manner for dinner. Improvements definitely need to be made for this location.

You usually have a line to wait in, but it is definitely worth the wait. The staff there is always very friendly no matter how busy they are.

This location is a Pizza Hut Express located within the Target store at 10100 Brook Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23059. They call this the Cafe-Pizza concept, and it is what it is... if you are looking for a quick bite with a cup of coffee, go here and get a slice and then go to the Starbucks near it. Or not
