Had a fantastic experience at Pizzaro's the past Saturday night. Our soccer team had a late game, so we made a reservation for a 30 person dinner. Frank was easy to work with and the pricing was great. We put our order in a couple days ahead so it would be ready when we got there. We ordered pans of pasta, salad and some pizzas. Even though we arrived early, the tables and salad were ready for us. By the time the team got their drinks at the self-serve fountain, the pizza and pasta came out piping hot! Everyone enjoyed all the food and the servers were a delight! We will definitely be back next time we're in town. Also letting you know that they serve beer here. Our parents were very happy about that! :D

We stumbled upon Pizzaro as out of town guests the first night we arrived and struck gold! The pizza is absolutely delicious, a sweet and soft crust. But the vast array of Italian dish options is amazing, and I have to recommend the chicken bello. You can’t can’t wrong eating here… we wound up going twice on our short weekend stay!

The people were nice here. But the food was awful. The pizza was similar to from pizza from the grocery store. Fries and salad were difficult to eat. The old ketchup bottles were way past reuse. They had been refilled so many times I couldn’t bring myself to touch the bottle, let alone put it on my food.

I always test an Italian restaurant quality based on their veal. Veal should have a bit f gamey substance. If its soft enough to cut without a knife, then the quality is offal. It taste like old frozen package.if you cant afford the qqualitythat food should taste then take it off your menu. For $20.00 I could have fed my whole family

If I could give zero stars I would terrible customer service from the young lady that works the register. I asked for a separate order of fries they put the fries on another kids plate the child ate off the fries and they took the remaining fries and gave them to another customer which is disgusting this place will never ever get service from me???

We found this place on google and saw that it had good ratings. We found the pizza excellent- good size pie, plenty of toppings, and a nice crisp crust. We would definitely go there again if we are in that area.

Food was ok. I got two slices of cheese pizza for lunch and it was nothing special. The sauce was kind of sweet which threw me off, not the biggest fan of that. The restaurant wasn’t really inviting so I took the pizza to go. When I called in to order the pizza whoever answered the phone just said “go ahead” super quick so I wasn’t even sure I called the right place. Overall I don’t think I’d come back but it’s worth a try if you want pizza in the area and don’t want a chain (like mod or Marcos).

My family travels from coast to coast once or twice a year. We consider ourselves to be pizza conasuors. We stumbled into Pizzaro after leaving an event at the Richmond Convention Center and it was the best accidental encounter we've had in years. The food was great, the service was quick and the staff were wonder!!! Definitely returing when we are in the Richmond area.

I recently had dinner at Pizzaro while in Glen Allen for business. It's a little hard to find as its on the back on one of the buildings in a strip mall. The menu is pizza and Italian food. I ordered lasagna, which came with a nice house salad. The lasagna was OK.....I think ti was composed on the plate as opposed to being baked in a casserole. It was very heavy on tomato sauce. Pizza might have been a better choice as the slices in the case looked very good. The staff were very nice as well as efficient. Prices are reasonable.
Great menu, good portions and affordable. Food was fresh hot and fun to eat. Nice patio just outside.

Last year while attending Rotary training we decided to venture out in search of pizza. We found Pizzaro. They were closing up for the night but Ben, the manager and chef took the time to make us a pizza. It was excellent and he was charming. We are back this year for Rotary training and rushed to make it to Pizzaro's before closing. Ben was there! We also met Valerie. Great employees that are a real asset to Pizzaro. So from Columbia, SC to Glen Allen, VA for pizza! Yes, every time!
