I recently visited Plaza Azteca, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While I was looking forward to an authentic and flavorful Mexican meal, the service was lackluster, leaving me feeling more like an afterthought than a valued customer. My server seemed disengaged and slow to attend to basic needs, which set a disappointing tone from the start.

To make matters worse, when my meal arrived, I noticed a produce sticker still stuck to one of the ingredients. It’s an oversight that suggests a lack of care in food preparation and attention to detail, which I wouldn’t expect at a restaurant aiming for quality.

While Plaza Azteca has potential, the poor service and lack of attention to basic food standards were too glaring to ignore. A little more care in both food prep and service could go a long way in making this a more enjoyable dining option.

Service was great, waitress came around to check on us. The only problem that day was that our food was not very hot!

Lovely inside. Came for lunch and and it was a little slow to get attention at first. But it was a Monday. Good was fine,but next time will ask for some hotter salsa. Had the enchiladas. My lunch partner had lunch shrimp fajitas and I should have had that. I will be back.

It wasn't bad, it was great. I was just there for a reunion with a friend. The location that's just off of 288 seems to have a better ambiance.

This was my first time dining at this particular restaurant. I enjoyed the food and the service. For the moment I walked in the moment we left we were greeted with smiles. That may not seem like a lot to people but it's very welcoming in today's day and age. I really enjoyed the little bar that comes to your table and offers to make you fresh avocado dip. I had the 4 enchiladas which were pretty good. The service was prompt and the cost of the food was very well priced

Great Food, Warming enviroment, Fabulous Margaritas , and even greater people, with a quite hot manager?. Overall, 10/10, came in with 25 people and were seated even in lunch rush.
