I was the only person in drive thru line. When I got to the window I remembered I needed one more thing. Nobody was in line behind me but I was told they can't take orders at the window with attitude. After spending 40.00 I'm glad I was denied spending more. I received a leg the size of my pinky. I took pictures but this review won't let me post it. Won't be back anytime soon if ever.

Around 4:10p today I went in to purchase a chicken sandwich. The woman who is a manager she had a headset on didn't even speak nor did they announce my food was ready to be picked up at the counter. I normally go to this establishment but I think I will change my mind and not go anymore.

Not to be negative. But I went to Pick up a Uber eats delivery. I arrived and there was one guy working the kitchen. I understand people have to take breaks but he had a staff of 4 including himself. What you do with break is you stagger them, so you have enough people to cover.He was a nice. The guy waiting on me.Wearing glasses was very professional, but the rest of the staff didn't seem to care one way or another. So my customer who had prepaid through Uber Eats had to wait an extra long time and I had to explain to her why her order was taking so long. She wasn't very pleased. I told her I had no control over it. They were busy, but they weren't nearly as busy as other popeye's. I've worked in supervisory positions. Before you have to get your employees going, you have to cracked the whip as I say just a critique. Unless it's a financially worthwhile delivery. I will not be going there. They can improve. It's possible ????

I work for DoorDash. I came to pick up an order that contains spicy tenders, and the tenders weren’t even unboxed yet. They were frozen and I had to wait for them to cook in their entirety. The employees didn’t give me a good estimated time for the order to be done. Actually still waiting right now. According to DoorDash, I was supposed to pick the order up at 4:22 PM. It is now 4:37 PM. The workers are nice, but they’re not putting in any effort whatsoever.

During our visit, the Caucasian women that took our order kept providing this man negative feedback and it made us feel really uncomfortable. She never smiled during our engagement. She belittled this employee in front of customers. The gentlemen has been at this location for years and this is no way to treat good employees.

Absolute best Popeyes I have ever been to. From the moment being created as I walked in to the speed of getting my food from time order was placed. The food was not over cooked and the new wings in which other Popeyes locations in my experience had sauced (flavored) just right not too much yet entire crispy crust covered.Also the restaurant was so clean and neat in which I have not seen. All the employees working looked professional in uniforms and you could tell that they value the service and customer by providing amazing quality food and service.Again great experience and will be returning to this exact location in Glen Allen even though live in Mechanicsville and there are Popeyes near me. Customers will travel for quality service and I am one of them.
