Great customer service. The food came out hot and fast. The hush puppies were good. The pulled chicken was bland (not smoked or grilled long enough, maybe idk). The chicken was tender and just needed some flavor. They have a variety of bbq sauces on the table, but they all tasted the same to me. I also tried the corn pudding since that is a side you don't usually see, and it's one of my favorites, but it was like a fluffy custard, not the usual sweet and creamy taste when home made. I substituted that side for fries, and they were a better choice. I will go back to try the wings.

Q Barbeque really knows how to hit the spot whenever I am craving BBQ! The food is absolutely delicious & the customer service & atmosphere is pretty good. However, the last three trips to q barbecue I left without any BBQ!! My last trip there was on a Friday night around 7pm. I wanted to order brisket burnt ends & not once, not twice, but three visits later I was told there were out of burnt ends! The cashier then proceeded to give me a list of everytjing they were out of. I left disappointed. On a Friday night a couple hours before close I just find it unsatisfactory.
The food was excellent always hot and fresh and delicious. Great Barbecue.

I have been eating at this restaurant for 12 years and the food never disappoints. I ordered a full rack, sausage and burnt ends. The meat falls off the bone and the ribs are fantastic. The sausage was a hot link and it was hearty and spicy. I was hoping for some spicy mustard in lieu of the boring yellow mustard. Lastly, the burnt ends were heavenly and tenderI would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to the two lady managers, Courtney and Alexis. They're both sweet ladies and go out of their way with their friendliness and customer service. I always look forward to seeing them on my visits.Q BBQ is always my first stop when I visit RVA and will return in April
