I tried to give the server the benefit of the doubt, but after 4 visits of the same attitude I have to say something. She was rude and dismissive. Rum and Coke is the drink I prefer and she looked at me like I was crazy. I figured it was a miscommunication so I said it in Spanish. I am not sure if my Spanish is terrible but it worked for me thus far everywhere else, so I think I am OK. After the 4th visit she is just being rude. I eat here roughly once a week and I come in alone to enjoy a meal by myself since my family doesn't enjoy Mexican cuisine as much as I do. I understand I am not a priority because the tip is only 20% of one meal, but come on, try a little. The first time in 20 years I didn't leave a tip was tonight. Every other server has been fantastic, and this young woman is ruining a nice restaurant.

Food, service, and atmosphere at the Glen Allen location (only one I have experienced) is outstanding! Best Mexican meals we have had anywhere!!! Lola was a fabulous server!

Hidden gem!!! I have eaten at Mexican restaurants in many states and countries -- this was the best Mexican dinner I have ever had anywhere!!! Our server, Lola, was outstanding and the food came out fast and hot!!! My husband's Pollo Azteca and my chicken and chorizo with cheese sauce were both absolutely delicious meals we can't wait to order again (though also looking forward to trying other items)!!!

My husband and I enjoy ordering your tacos, but we’ve noticed that the packaging could use a little improvement. By the time we get home, the tacos tend to get soggy from the aluminum and end up stuck together. A small change could really help preserve the quality!

Rico’s is still my top favorite Mexican food around. Always great food and it’s always consistent great service and people! Pollo Azteca is always en excellent choice! Tacos, Arroz con pollo is a fam choices too. Go eat Mexican food here!!
The guacamole was too salty. Otherwise, the food overall was good.

The decor/atmosphere was typically Mexican; the food was average - burritos, rice beans, tacos ... the salsa was bland ... the pricing was not bad ... again, typical. The WORST part was our server: an older woman who seemed impatient in taking our order ... then literally tossed the food/plates down on the table ... like she was really irritated that we were there at all. We might go back for another try ... we'll see. Hopefully, crabby Patty won't be there!
