First, someone needs to teach Madison how to acknowledge her table more promptly. We sat for so long that I finally had to ask the hostess who was our waitress. Trust, Madison walked past us multiple times to service the caucasian ladies next to us. And in between, she was standing by the kitchen talking to co-workers.
I did have an amazing drink. The food was good. It would have been better if it was hot.

Don't do takeout on a busy night.
I placed an online order, the website said 30 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later, happy to wait a few minutes to ensure I got fresh food for date night at home with my wife.
After checking in and paying, I stood five feet from the reception desk for 45 minutes. It was very busy, so I was patient, and I watched staff bring bags out for other people who were there before me. When there was finally a lull, I asked how much longer for my food. Turns out it was ready, sitting on a shelf, and already cold.
Why the staff brought bags out for other customers but mine ended up on a shelf? I don't know.
The restaurant should really be more mindful of waiting customers. They should also update their online ordering. It shouldn't tell me 30 minutes when it'll actually be more than twice that.
Lesson learned.

Easily one of the worse experiences ever. I understand Valentine’s Day is a busy day for the restaurant business but for the entire experience to be trash it’s a little ridiculous. Appetizers were good. Entrees is where it all goes down hill. I got the land + sea and was basically forced to get the filet which was a $10 up charge, when that meal arrived it was ice cold. My husband got a pasta off of their special menu but there was nothing special at all about it, again ice cold, pasta wasn’t cooked at all and he’s allergic to lemon and requested it off when ordered and guess what lemon on the meal when it arrived. Again the wait staff not accommodating at all, you could tell every one of them had an attitude about working. Will never be coming back

Ordered the stuffed mushrooms which were delicious. Ordered the cheeseburger, medium well. It came out so burnt that I was only able to eat the center part. The waiter offered to get me a new one but I told him to forget it since my friend already had her food. Service was prompt. Waiter said he would bring the check so I asked if they had any desserts and also asked him if he was in a hurry for us to leave our table. I ordered the carrot cake and it came out on a nice plate with a Carmel drizzle and my folk covered in the drizzle. Really? A burnt hamburger and a messy dessert plate. Love this atmosphere and have had good experiences here in the past. I’m hoping this was a one time bad food experience.

Were seated and it took about 15 minutes before anyone came to ask for drink order or bring water. Then after we ordered drinks we were asked 10 minutes what our drink order was again. After another 15 minutes we finally got drinks and one of them was wrong. And we had to send it back to get the correct one. After we were done with our meal we waited about 10 minutes to get the check. The food was great however the service had us not wanting to come back again. As other family had the same issue when they came.

I guess this place is hit or miss. I went on 10/19 (230p) with my parents for the first time and the food was very good as was the service. It was so good that I decided to take my wife there on her birthday (10/21 @ 230p). My experience on the 2nd visit was the complete opposite. My food arrived cold and the shoestring fires seemed stale. Server only came by once to ask how everything was. The desert I ordered (chocolate decadence) had no strawberries on top. Not sure if I'm willing to take the gamble and go back there.

Great place to meet and enjoy a meal! Several options for keto and other diets. Many choices of drinks. Visited 2 different locations and both were wonderful.
