i just ordered a delivery order from this location. they purposely sent me the wrong shakes. I know it wasn't an app error because the receipt was right, but the food was the exact opposite of what i ordered. and they are refusing to refund me. never eating here again these guys suck!

Just ordered from this location, my son pulled a long hair out of his burger that got into his mouth we are absolutely nauseated and disgusted. Contacted Sonic customer service and all they did was apologize. Avoid this location absolutely disgusting. Been reported to the health department.

Definitely one of the worst locations in the city. The workers are lazy, when you ask for condiments they dont out them in the bag and when you ask again they make you laugh 20-30 minutes to bring it out to you ans by that time the food is cold. The burgers are the worst tasting as well. Just please save your money ans go somewhere else.

The lady taking our order couldn’t hear us properly, wasn’t her fault, however when we pulled up, we saw one of our items was wrong so we corrected them and this apparently pissed the workers off which ended up in them not filling our drinks properly and not giving us any utensils, laughing in our faces as they gave us the food. Very immature and not worth the price, do not come here!!!

I just went to one of your locations on Broad Street in Richmond, Virginia and my total came up to $4.23 and they told me because the one of the dollars that I had was too old that they couldn’t accept It. I don’t understand why I was refused service. When it was still legal tender. That is weird. And they kept trying to explain to me about a machine that they put their cash into which still makes no sense to me that a manager wouldn’t be able to open a register and put a dollar in it. I was really offended to be refused an item all because One of the dollars I paid with was old. Especially because it’s the last four dollars that I had. Sonic really wasn’t at the top of my list but at least I knew I could get a slushy. This experience has truly turned me off of sonic as a whole. I don’t expect much from fast food but I expect you to take cash.

Ordered. A #4 and a limeade and tea. Sat and waited for half an hour, figured they were super busy by the full lot. Buzzed in again to check on our order status. They asked me to repeat the order so they could try and locate it. After 5 more minutes, I was informed, unfortunately that I would need my order again and they would prepare it. The employee was polite and apologized. I left as we wasted about 45 minutes waiting for nothing. It was going to be my son's first sonic experience. Never again.
asked for a burger with no cheese, got it with cheese, drove back to get it fixed, took the messed up order back and threw it away, was met with a bad attitude from a lady with a bunch of pins. Why mess up my order and take it back just to throw it away?? Didnt even let me keep it for the inconvenience. couldve atleast apologized for the inconvenience and not have an attitude over your mistake. Bad service do not go here.

I went through the drive-thru and Christina was taking my order she made me feel rushed and hurried to where I didn't order everything I wanted then got to the window and her attitude was very very bad there are way too many options in this area to be treated this way. I do not recommend.
