Second time being forgot about picking up my order. I just had to wait 20 minutes for crappy cheese burger and a melted milkshake. Wasn’t expecting much because.. it’s sonic but I atleast exact my fast food to be you know… fast!

Terrible staff. Second time going. First time I park in stall, press the button and get no response, then go to drive through and get no response at all. The second time I get a response at the drive thru. He asks for my order, I place it and he wasn’t paying attention. I assume the food is good but after 2 visits here, I have yet to receive any. They can do much better than this.

I simply purchased a burger for my friend and I. It was an amazing meal and much bigger than I had anticipated! Far better than any McDonald's or Wendys.. that sonic location earned a customer!

It's hit or miss on getting fresh food. Just lower your expectations and expect it to either be made 2 hours ago, missing items, or just have you questioning why you chose sonics to begin with.

Not sure if every sonic is super slow but for fast food, the drive through is insanely slow. Not the place to go if you’re in a rush. The new fries and the triple smash burger are pretty delish tho.

Gonna cut to the chase - tried to order aioli/spicy mayo/whatever they're calling it here (turns out it's "groovy sauce") and gave up after several attempts to rephrase or describe.
Tater tots are the only thing I always expect sonic to get right, anywhere, anytime. They fell short of even that, not hanging the tots long enough to drip dry so that the carton we got was so waterlogged with oil (if you're gagging at this description you'd be correct) that it dripped onto the seat leaving softball wide stains and they tasted maybe under salted but probably just over-oiled.
