Ordered. A #4 and a limeade and tea. Sat and waited for half an hour, figured they were super busy by the full lot. Buzzed in again to check on our order status. They asked me to repeat the order so they could try and locate it. After 5 more minutes, I was informed, unfortunately that I would need my order again and they would prepare it. The employee was polite and apologized. I left as we wasted about 45 minutes waiting for nothing. It was going to be my son's first sonic experience. Never again.

asked for a burger with no cheese, got it with cheese, drove back to get it fixed, took the messed up order back and threw it away, was met with a bad attitude from a lady with a bunch of pins. Why mess up my order and take it back just to throw it away?? Didnt even let me keep it for the inconvenience. couldve atleast apologized for the inconvenience and not have an attitude over your mistake. Bad service do not go here.

I went through the drive-thru and Christina was taking my order she made me feel rushed and hurried to where I didn't order everything I wanted then got to the window and her attitude was very very bad there are way too many options in this area to be treated this way. I do not recommend.

Food is hit or miss. You’ll either get a soggy relish covered hotdog or food that tastes like the oil hasn’t been changed in years. Drinks however are always good.

I ordered my milk shake with the lady (Indian women) I do have to repeat my order 3 times to make sure she’s understand what we want and yes we got the wrong one.
Please make sure you put your staff to the right position would be better, thank you.

Kept it simple. 5 chicken club meals. Ordered at the drive thru. Had to pull up to the window and place the order to 2 separate people. The order was almost correct. I will still go back.
