Never really had a horrible experience here as I only get a couple things on their menu. My main reason for leaving this review is stated below.The only thing I can complain about is the ordering mic, every time I come through the drive through I’ll either have to repeat myself a few times or practically yell at the mic so that the person at the window can hear me and that goes both ways.When the person at the window speaks it’s also extremely quiet and hard to hear them which is frustrating for both parties as both of them are having to repeat themselves.Now, the main reason I’m leaving this review is the website for every Sonic in my area alters the time that they open during the week. Depending on the day of the week it’s either listed as 10:00am-11:00pm Monday-Sunday or 8:00am-11:00 Monday-Sunday.That makes it hard to tell or gauge when Sonic is open when their website is changing.

Food took so long just for the food to look terrible. Got a chicken tender box and the tenders are barely tenders and are dry. The toast is dry. Gave me one singular onion ring.

Terrible, I went to this sonic tonight and got a chicken tender meal and a milk shake. I got handed my chocolate milk shake and Dr. Pepper and was told my food was coming, no problem. While waiting I took a sip of my chocolate shake and it tasted like something was off, and my Dr. Pepper was basically carbonated water with a hint of flavor. Then look into the store and see two guys in there sniffing ( putting the soda cups up to there nose, breathing in ) the cup because they forgot which soda was which. As if that would determine it instead of remembering it. Then I get my food and leave. I realized They forgot my sauce once I got back to my hotel . Then when I got to the bottom of my shake, there was about 3/4 inches of chocolate syrup. Heaven forbid they mix it completely.I normally have good experience with all restaurants, including the sonic on 17 in Fredericksburg which set the standard and why I wanted to find a sonic. But I was wrong. Staff was nice but they need help with training and clenliness. I will not be going to them again.

It looks like it is being run by teenagers. I called to ask what the problem was and the kid- he said he was a manager- hung up on me. I guess I have to find another lace to eat.

Screwed up my drive thru drink order TWICE. Wanted a cherry limeade, got a DIET cherry limeade. Went back,again ordered Cherry limeade slush, got a Strawberry LEMONADE slush. Wake up people.

Ordered ahead on the app, but wasn't able to input my place number on the app. I walked up to the service door, as the app instructed but after waiting a bit, we simply went back to the bay and they took care of it from there.Chili cheese tots were delicious. Buffalo chicken was alright. Loved the chicken strips. We also got very cheap drinks due to a deal on the app.
