The Starbucks on Brook inside target, address: 10100 Brook Rd. was supposed to be open at 8am and went there at 8:40am and the young man behind the counter said that “no ma’am we are not open” as he was rushing to get everything in the bake case. You probably could have said to give you a few and I would have waited but you should also put up a sign to state what time you were planning to open. While this starbucks has always given me great service, today was below par.
