I had a great interaction with a barista, Kyra(sorry if I got your name wrong), who recommended a new drink to me per my request. It was a white mocha shaken espresso and I enjoyed it very much! Great atmosphere and friendly service.

There is something wrong with this branch, because I’ve been to a busiest Starbucks around the world and I’ve never ever waited for 30 min to get my order which is egg white wrap and chocolate croissant. Someone really need to look into that ASAP.

The barista not only made my order wrong but also my friend’s order wrong twice without apology. This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to that has not only messed up the recipe for a basic drink but also given an attitude about it.

In another life, I’d probably be a professional Starbucks connoisseur. In this life, I’ve just been to quite a few Starbucks and had quite a few different experiences between drink outcome, customer service, etc.

I regularly stop by this Starbucks in between the barre classes I teach up the street on Monday mornings - and without fail, I know I’ll be taken care of. It’s like walking into a room of friends instead of a coffee shop.

The entire Monday morning crew, regardless of what they have going on outside of work or how busy the store is or anything, always show up and show out. They make it more than just another Starbucks.

Huge round of applause for the manager, Liz, because watching her manage and assist and be there for her staff is incredible - a lot of people in management don’t do that. Also, shout out to Talia, who started recognizing my routine and always wishes me luck in my barre classes.

Outstanding Customer Service from Aubrey at the West Broad & Vinery Starbucks in Glen Allen, VA

I had the absolute best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks thanks to a barista named Aubrey at the West Broad Street location in Virginia. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-through, I was blown away by his warm, personable nature. He began by introducing himself by name and asking for mine—a simple gesture that instantly made me feel seen, valued, and genuinely welcomed.

It was clear from the start that Aubrey doesn’t just take orders—he creates connections. His energy, attentiveness, and thoughtful approach made this visit stand out in a way I didn’t expect from a coffee run. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in delivering not just a drink, but a memorable experience.

If you’re anywhere near the West Broad & Vinery area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Aubrey’s exceptional customer service is something special—and well worth experiencing for yourself. Starbucks is lucky to have him!

I always love getting my flat whites from Starbucks as they are perfect every time. This morning I was super disappointed. I had to go to work so I couldn’t turn around and get a new one made, but it tasted like a very watered down coffee with zero flavor

Let me paint y'all a picture.

It was one of those rainy days where nothing was going my way. If there was a chance that something was going to go wrong, it was gonna and it did.

After a day of endless nightmares, I treated myself to a sweet treat cuz I deserved it. I unfortunately went to a different Starbucks and they forgot to put any and all syrup in my drink. It was milk with a whisper of barely coffee coffee. A privileged dilemma, but a dilemma nonetheless.

My only deliverance on this day of curses was this location and the sweet person who remade my drink for me and wrote a nice note on it. I wish I had gotten your name. I wish I had had cash on me so I could make it rain.

You made me the most delicious horchata yada yada drink and the cinnamon made it sing.

I hope your pillow is always cool. I hope your pennies are always head side up. And I hope that everything you want in life comes your way.

Thank you endlessly for your effort and your presence in this world. You made my freaking week.

The remodel reduced the seating significantly which is extremely disappointing. One of the pros of this location before were the bar seats for individuals, but those are gone. Glad this location is open again, but good luck trying to visit in-store anymore.
