I always love getting my flat whites from Starbucks as they are perfect every time. This morning I was super disappointed. I had to go to work so I couldn’t turn around and get a new one made, but it tasted like a very watered down coffee with zero flavor :( Super sad because this is something I look forward to in the morning.

It was one of those rainy days where nothing was going my way. If there was a chance that something was going to go wrong, it was gonna and it did.
After a day of endless nightmares, I treated myself to a sweet treat cuz I deserved it. I unfortunately went to a different Starbucks and they forgot to put any and all syrup in my drink. It was milk with a whisper of barely coffee coffee. A privileged dilemma, but a dilemma nonetheless.
My only deliverance on this day of curses was this location and the sweet person who remade my drink for me and wrote a nice note on it. I wish I had gotten your name. I wish I had had cash on me so I could make it rain.
You made me the most delicious horchata yada yada drink and the cinnamon made it sing.
I hope your pillow is always cool. I hope your pennies are always head side up. And I hope that everything you want in life comes your way.

The remodel reduced the seating significantly which is extremely disappointing. One of the pros of this location before were the bar seats for individuals, but those are gone. Glad this location is open again, but good luck trying to visit in-store anymore.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Don’t go here. Rude employees who personally “ban” paying customers who have done nothing wrong. This is not how you treat paying customers. Have already contacted Starbucks corporate customer support 😊 I can get better, cheaper coffee elsewhere.

Was about to grab coffee and food here by ordering as I was nearby but for some weird reason I decided to walk in. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by trash on the Tables and the worst part is THE FLIES! There was so much flies…in the glass case where the food that they would pull to give you is and where the microwave/heat the food. I stood there just shocked as I am a Starbucks addict and I never been to any other locations and seen that much FLIES!!! I left without buying anything. Please get this resolved as the flies lay their eggs and then people got to eat that stuff.
Stop throwing your parents or perhaps your own hard-earned money away! Quality coffee can easily be duplicated in your kitchen.. no cap

Horrible place! Got bad attitude from the manager Maya or Mia it sounded like! The music was so loud I could not even hear my friend who was sitting right next to me, she did nothing to lower the music! I am so upset at Starbucks I'd rather buy my coffee at max Donald's from Now on then to go to this horrible Starbucks that I have been frequenting since I moved two years ago to short pump.

I went here today the manager is Tarin she is so nasty. I asked her if the donuts are made with cake batter base or yeast base and she rudely replied "I don't know" with such a bad attitude, then I hear her being rude to her employees. So she's rude to me then rude to her own employees, not going back here again rather goto the one in short pump mall.

Really nice staff as I drank my coffee and enjoyed this pleasant Starbucks, all until this abusive manager steps in that they called Braxton this African American manager was abusive to the poor staff so much that I had to leave it was so loud, really sad and not going back. He was screaming at the staff who was working very hard telling them he will give them something to do.

Don’t go on the weekends and expect good service… I’ve waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and the worst being 32 minutes for a coffee… This location is absolutely the worst I’ve ever been to in terms of managing the orders… 32 minutes for a cup of coffee is pure insanity, you can go in a restaurant and order an entire meal and get it in 30 minutes, and these people can’t even Make a cup of coffee… This is getting to be the norm at Starbucks everywhere… Chick-fil-A figured out how to pump customers through, surely, a place that pours a cup of coffee can do the same, I don’t care that you have to run an espresso machine, that still only takes minutes… it truly is ridiculous, Starbucks management should be all fired and get some new blood in there that knows how to run a coffee shop, because right now, the only thing you’re running, is your business into the ground
