Tasted fine but 4 times in a row drink isn’t filled all the way up. More ice than coffee
The quality of the food and beverage is typical for Starbucks. However every time I visit the wait time for orders is double estimated time for pick up, and 20 plus minutes if ordering in store. Something is impacting efficiency.

In a rainy day, I drove to your store to get a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew to refresh my day. But you didn't add the cream...... This is not a big thing but it is extremely extremely extremely annoying. Because you don't wanna drive back in the heavy rain just for the cream. But that's what you came for and ordered! Can you please respect your customers and pay a little more attention, please?!
Decent drinks. Baristas write inappropriate things on cups, specifically one named Stephanie.

We had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks — for the second time with the same barista. We ordered a Tall Caffè Verona and a Caffè Latte with no foam and extra hot. Instead of Caffè Verona, we were given Pike Place, and the latte was not full and definitely not extra hot.
When I asked about the latte not being full, the barista responded rudely and said that because it’s “no foam,” the cup won’t be full. She didn’t greet us, didn’t communicate politely, and overall made the interaction unpleasant.
We enjoy Starbucks, but this location—specifically this barista—has consistently provided poor service. Hoping management can address this so customers can have the experience Starbucks is known for.

Not been to Starbucks in long time. Wasted 20min just trying to get in the parking lot and that was frustrating enough to say I won't be back. Then the menu was frustrating. Where are all the coffees? I wanted to see coffee options but most of it is pastries. So on that note I'll not be trying Starbucks again.

For the last two years daily this has been me coffee and Sandwich shop to get that morning wake up. The staff is always friendly and Charlie runs a good staff.

Disappointed in my experience here as a near every other day Starbucks customer. I wasn’t acknowledged at the register so I decided to just order on the app. They didn’t say anything when they put my drink out either. The drink itself was 3/4 full and I didn’t notice til I got into my car. Feel free to provide me an email if you’d like more info.

this is the third time I have come here and my drinks are never made correctly. They always either have no milk at all or it’s just the wrong flavor drink. I will not be coming here again. ai tried to give you guys multiple chances but ended up throwing my drink away and wasting money.
I drive and order Starbucks everyday and order Venti ice brown sugar oatmilk shake espresso. It has been my go to drink to start my day, I spend about 250 a month for my coffee. Today, I got a drink and I went back to the store and ask as nicely as possible and talk to the drive thru to Ms Gabby. I voiced my concern about my coffee being too dark annd bitter unlike the usual. If she could remake it the way the ice brown sugar oatmilk shake espresso usually look. And I apologize sincerely for returning the coffee. She said she’d just give me a little cup of oatmilk on the side, I ask if she can just remake it because it has already watered down. She didn’t seem to be interested in remaking it so she explained that they usually just put a little splash of oatmilk and that’s now how it’s usually made. To then I replied that I come to Starbucks everyday and this specific coffee usually doesn’t taste bitter and has a swirling visually appealing look to it. They gave me a really dark coffee that looks and taste like ice americano. She finally agreed to remake it and I know based on her voice and deny that she was not happy about it.
When I got to the window she handed me a replacement in a grande cup not venti, which is ok I guess I’ll be asking too much, I offered to take my old cup and she said they can’t take it back. She insisted that I should taste it to see if it suits my liking before I drive out,. I said it’s okay, I told her the coffee looks great and it looks like the normal ice brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso I usually order so it’s okay and I thank her with a smile.. While driving I took a sip and coffee spilled all over my white shirt!! And because of that it made me think that this was done on purpose! She didn’t close it so I can spill all over me while trying to drink it. This is really mean and my instinct is telling me this was on purpose because I asked for a remake and she didn’t like that she had to. I get it, it could suck. But I was so nice about it. I tried to ask nicely when I have every right for a remake. I know it sucks having to remake something but if somebody was asking you nicely with please and thank you instead of yelling with aggression, why is it so hard for other people to just be a kind human? I am so upset and it ruined my day!
It’s always fun here, everyone is nice, friendly and energetic.
Just use the drive-thru. The staff was polite and fast.
This location is great. My dogs and I love coming here for a Cappuccino and Pup Cups
