this is the third time I have come here and my drinks are never made correctly. They always either have no milk at all or it’s just the wrong flavor drink. I will not be coming here again. ai tried to give you guys multiple chances but ended up throwing my drink away and wasting money.

I drive and order Starbucks everyday and order Venti ice brown sugar oatmilk shake espresso. It has been my go to drink to start my day, I spend about 250 a month for my coffee. Today, I got a drink and I went back to the store and ask as nicely as possible and talk to the drive thru to Ms Gabby. I voiced my concern about my coffee being too dark annd bitter unlike the usual. If she could remake it the way the ice brown sugar oatmilk shake espresso usually look. And I apologize sincerely for returning the coffee. She said she’d just give me a little cup of oatmilk on the side, I ask if she can just remake it because it has already watered down. She didn’t seem to be interested in remaking it so she explained that they usually just put a little splash of oatmilk and that’s now how it’s usually made. To then I replied that I come to Starbucks everyday and this specific coffee usually doesn’t taste bitter and has a swirling visually appealing look to it. They gave me a really dark coffee that looks and taste like ice americano. She finally agreed to remake it and I know based on her voice and deny that she was not happy about it.

When I got to the window she handed me a replacement in a grande cup not venti, which is ok I guess I’ll be asking too much, I offered to take my old cup and she said they can’t take it back. She insisted that I should taste it to see if it suits my liking before I drive out,. I said it’s okay, I told her the coffee looks great and it looks like the normal ice brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso I usually order so it’s okay and I thank her with a smile.. While driving I took a sip and coffee spilled all over my white shirt!! And because of that it made me think that this was done on purpose! She didn’t close it so I can spill all over me while trying to drink it. This is really mean and my instinct is telling me this was on purpose because I asked for a remake and she didn’t like that she had to. I get it, it could suck. But I was so nice about it. I tried to ask nicely when I have every right for a remake. I know it sucks having to remake something but if somebody was asking you nicely with please and thank you instead of yelling with aggression, why is it so hard for other people to just be a kind human? I am so upset and it ruined my day!

The menu screen wasn’t working. They got my order wrong. When raised a concern, the person who I met at the window was rude, she almost yelled. Not even ready to listen to what I wanted to convey. I did pay for my order, not that I took something for free. Did not even bother to apologize and kept arguing with me though I was trying to explain patiently. Never going back here. These guys should get a training on how to treat a customer from the folks at Short pump Starbucks.

Went to the drive thru this morning, the lights on the drive thru kiosk is off. I sit and wait for about 3 mins for someone to take my order. The line behind me is building up. I assume the order system must be down since the order menu screen is black and no one has taken my order.

Yet the second I drive off, I hear the intercom and orders are being accepted. Now I’m sitting in the drive thru with no order waiting to be let out. I am greeted with a price for my drink as I’m leaving and told that I couldn’t order I was promoted with a bye. The order for the person behind me. An absolutely terrible experience and I do believe this will be my last Starbucks run. I seem to consistently receive poor customer service in the Glen Allen area

Two days in a row I’ve ordered the same drink I’ve ordered almost daily not usually from this location and day 1 I ordered no ice and got ice instead of remaking they dumped ice out and added milk leaving no flavor of white mocha just watered down milk and day
2 I ordered a venti and got a grande and paid for venti instead of remaking they dumped grande into a venti cup added milk again making my white mocha taste of bland coffee milk. I’ve had no issues for the years I’ve been going daily except at this location and it’s annoying when I look forward to my daily drink to get no enjoyment.

Worst Starbucks around! Several times I have had issues with them making my coffee but forgetting the coffee part leaving me with a cup of flavored milk. They have been rude countless times over the years I've lived near them and have repeatedly not known how to do simple tasks that are parts of their jobs like: refund for items that you have ordered that are not in stock, gift cards or even just making the drinks. They are constantly inconsistent and overall terrible. Their hours are not correct half of the time, their service is terrible and the product is bad. Really disappointing.

Mobile drive thru order. This has got to be one of the worst SB in RVA. 50% of the time the cold brew is very bitter. Never experienced this at other locations. Today this location ran out of whipped cream. What kind of Starbucks runs out of whipped cream? They also forgot to give me a straw with my Frappuccino. Had to drive home with a melting Frappuccino and a dog whimpering because she didn't get a Pup cup. Yeah I know, 1st world problems but when you pay their prices, you expect better. No issue with staff as they are always nice.

I'm more of a dunkin girl myself but that apple chi my goodness I have a new fav. She even let me have an extra small cup of water for my toddler. With water.

Had few people in there when we were there but still took thirty minutes for three simple drinks. When ordering wasn’t asked for our names and later didn’t have our orders announced, so when going up to retrieve our orders accidentally grabbed another persons identical order. When apologizing for our mistake and returning with it still had to wait another fifteen minutes for the other two drinks and was rudely asked “is this actually your drink this time?” Employees then discussed the mistake extremely rudely in front of us. Possibly the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks and I’ve seen packed campus locations with three employees work better than this one with minimal orders and five people on staff.
