Customer service was terrible and workers were extremely rude. Asked for my drink to be fixed and they refused and argued. Paid specifically for extra base and it tasted like water.

This starbucks! Add a tip section to this one because the barista helped me in a pinch when they were busy because I wanted the chocolate covered strawberry frappe but hot and they don't have it standard so off the top of her head she made a hot mocha with strawberry and cold whip on top and even let me add on almondmilk without getting upset. Tastes great!!!!!! Made my day. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They make the world a better place.

Been to this location twice and when I ordered the pink drink and today the lavender matcha drink I get attitude because I ask for light ice. I literally get 2 gulps and drink is done. Worst Starbucks that has unprofessional employees.

Supposed to be open until 8pm but closed at 1pm in preparation for a 3pm closing on a Saturday. Seems reasonable.
Staff banters with each other, but leaves the customer with the impression that we are bothering them. No smiling, or asking the customer if they need anything else.

Starbucks makes double roasted coffee. This tastes burnt to me. I wish they would make a good medium roast like Gevalia Columbia. Still, Starbucks has quality offerings and I do like the cafe mocha. The food is tasty too. If they made real American coffee I would rate them at 5 stars.

I walked in through the "exit" because somebody's cart was blocking the way 5o the entrance. One of the older ladies who worked here yelled angrily at me that I had walked in through the wrong entrance and that I needed to go around. I was one of 2 customers in here.This location needs to work on their customer relations.
