Food is Subway, restaurant itself is ok. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. I put in an order through the app to take advantage of an app-only discount, but when I arrived for pickup (early, I knew I'd have to wait), the app said my order was cancelled/voided and to contact the store for info. I was right there in the store, but they couldn't tell me why the order was voided, and I confirmed that my bank card had the funds on hold with no problem. The store tried to tell me I could place the order right there and they'd make it, and the line workers said I could still get the discount; as I was verifying this, a man that looked like the manager spoke up and said that I could ONLY get the discount by using the app. Even though I was standing right there and showing them the app that voided my order.
I was tired before even placing my order and really didn't need this hassle (because the app is slow as anything and overall sucks), so we said to check with it and left to give our money to another restaurant across the street.
Ordered online and put more pickles and more black olives… i literally received 4 pickles… walked in was not greeted because the woman making my online order but she didn’t even look up
Went to the staple mills rd location staff was good food was good .
First of all, this is subway. The staff was friendly and quick to ask for my order. The sub was made quick and correctly. No complaints about today's lunch! Thank you for not letting me down on this trip!

Do not go here! Customer service is none existing. I have written three emails due to wrong orders. I have had to drive to have my order made correctly twice. I have it delivered for a reason, not to mention the money I pay to have it delivered. A simple acknowledgement that the sandwich makers made an error would go a long way. Yet, the two times I have driven to the restaurant they have failed to apologize. The manager just hung up on me when discussing the error. I am beyond disappointed that I am not receiving the service and product I am paying for.
Failure to acknowledge a mistake will ensure that the same mistake will be made again.

Ordered pickup. There was a laughable about of meat of my cheesesteak. I appreciate them offering to remake it when I went back in to show them. The remake was solid. After seeing all of the other recent low reviews for this location, I am going to go elsewhere moving forward.

Stale bread like 3 tomatoes slices 3 pieces of onions n sprinkle of lettuce for a veggie foot long sadly looks like Virginia is on verge of bankruptcy when business count number of stripes of lettuce added n number of slices of tomatoes n price remains high as hell n expect a tip forget about tip poor n nonsense n open price gauging practice hope food safety dept pay a visit tip to the owner if u can’t run to stock basics like lettuce how about u go to Costco across the street n get some to run ur business pathetic n sorry state of affairs shut it down pls

Ordered delivery with buy get one free code. It was delivered to the wrong apt. and not only that the food was trash. The churrios were stale and the subs that had meat on them had hardly any. There was more mayo than meat. Find another place to eat at its not worth paying for anything these guys make.
