After seeing an abundance of commercials advertising the new products at subway I thought I would try them. Boy I shoulda just trusted my gut and just ignored but I thought how could they mess it up. Well they sure did. I got the pretzel which is supposedly and auntie Annie's pretzel and that was a sad pretzel. Then I tried the new cookie and how can you warm something up melt some chocolate and it still be undercooked and cold by the time I get home which is less than 3 minutes away! This subway has just been getting worse and worse and I'm so disappointed as it was one of my favorite locations. I did a review on subways site too let's see if they respond or not. I'll update in a week to let yall know.

I ordered 3 combos but they didn't have the cardboard cup holders for me. I had to carry 3 drinks which is awkward.

I went in there happy. Left upset. The register was not working properly after waiting over 20 minutes to restore the register, but it still wasn't working. twice the register rejected the coupons and . The lady called her manager. Which was no help. I have a special needs child. Told the lady we have to leave. She was the only one working at the time.. There should always be two associates if problems occur. There were other customers waiting for 25 mins. SmH.

I think this Subway location staff is very unfriendly in nature. Went to this location today and they don’t even know how to deal with customers. Kinda disappointed— will avoid this location.

I always put in a mobile order and they never start until I arrive and say something. I don’t think that’s how it works, I expect to have a pickup order ready. The staff is not friendly. However, the food is always good.

Good luck on trying to use a promo code at this location. Even though this location participates in the promotions Subway advertises, neither them or corporate will honor their offer if a technical glitch occurs. I used the app, clicked on the promo for FLBOGO and ordered. Got to the restaurant and they didn't honor the promo even after I showed them a picture of the order on my phone with the promo being applied. Oh yeah, corporate could care less too! Just another indication of our service industry on a downward trend... Seems like Wally World is a step up from the Subby experience, because Wally would make it right.... Go fiigure..
