Worst subway I’ve ever ordered from. Unfortunately I put the trust that they’d follow the instructions of an online ticket that you have to read in order to build the sandwich but it seems they took advantage of me not being in front of them. Hardly any chicken meat on my sub. Didn’t follow instructions with the amount of veges or sauces. Didn’t even appear to be toasted. Sandwich looked empty before I opened it. Not worth ordering a foot long. I order from subway plenty, gave this subway a chance to benefit for a promo because my local subway doesn’t honor promos. Worst decision ever. I’d rather pay full price then get a sandwich that looks like this, or better yet make a sandwich at home. I will never order from here again.

The food was good, but if the staff can't even understand basic English it's a nightmare ordering a customized sandwich. So I then ordered a standard menu item and she waited for me to tell her what to put on the standard menu item, starting the language barrier all over again.

This is now my 3rd bad experience at Subway on Nuckols RD. 1st time, lady was leaning over and her apron was rubbing against the sub bread she was preparing for me. Nasty. 2nd time, there was a dust bunny on my bread when I unwrapped it. Disgusting. 3rd time, ordered a salad. They couldn't even get that right, barely any lettuce in it. I looked at my receipt after the fact and was charged for extra meat when I didn't ask for it. I'm so over it! I work in the area so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but imma just have to go on over to jersey Mike's. They never disappoint me there.
The employees at this store are very rude, always speak to customers in a condescending tone. The hygiene of the employees is also questionable, there is this person who always wears a mask, on the heavier side, not only is this person rude but does not seem to practice cleanliness. Wont be going here again, have been a regular customer for more than 20 years at this location but last 2 or so years have been very bad.

DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION!I made the mistake of going to this location for a to go order. Ordered a six inch wheat sub and the bread was so STALE that it started to crumble and fall apart. So disappointing.
