No water cups. I ended up buying a soda for 3.50$ which is already crazy but the cup was chipped/broken making it impossible to at least fill it up all the way. I asked for another cup which she kindly gave me. That one was chipped/broken too though. I don't have the time or patience to ask a thousand times for an undamaged cup. Shouldn't be hard to at least get what I paid for. Oh and I also stood there for about 5 minutes before somebody asked if I needed to order (sarcastic but no lol I just enjoy taking up space at my local taco bell) despite myself being the only customer in the store.

Building feels a little neglected from the outside, I did not go inside. Drive-thru on a Saturday afternoon was quick. Staff was polite, just slightly distracted. Food was accurate and hot. No complaints.

There was a long hair in my food. The young lady at the window acted like I was bothering when so asked for the hit sauce that was not in the bag that I asked for when I placed the order.

I ordered 2 combos and got 2 and a half chicken quesadillas instead. The also gave me cheese rolled up in soft tacos. They rolled it like it was a blunt. What the helly?
I ordered customized tacos with guacamole and spicy ranch but there was not a dash of it. I also ordered for all types of sauces ( complimentary ones) but they all were missing. Not good experience.
