Online pick-ups shouldn’t have to wait through the long drive-thru when the inside is closed. This has happened to me many times here. If I ordered way ahead online, it shouldn’t be the same amount of time as if I didn’t. Same situation for Door Dash and Uber Eats pick-ups.

Ridiculous that you have to order from these kiosks. World is so lazy! I refuse to come back here. It aint any faster made. Driving a high top work truck around town i cant go threw certain drive threws due to height. Taking taco bell off my list of places for lunch.

Maybe put up a sign saying you don't have certain drinks instead of me going down the line having to pour out your carbonated water. No utensils out. Had to ask for them and was looked at like they had no idea what I was even talking about. Container holding mild sauce was almost empty. What little was in there was covered with old sauce that I guess came from a busted one. Come on Taco Bell you can do better. Food was same as usual, didn't see anything wrong with that. But makes you wonder if they're so slack with minor things, how slack are they with the food?

Accessing this location is unnecessarily complicated since there is no direct entrance or exit without cutting through the Walmart parking lot. Once you arrive, the experience doesn’t improve much. The parking area is littered with trash and several cars without license plates, which doesn’t make for a great first impression.
The food we ordered, just two beef burritos, was served cold and tasted as if it had been sitting out for quite some time. The fountain drinks were also off, with poor carbonation that made the soda taste flat.
The staff appeared disengaged, and the overall atmosphere matched that energy. This location could really benefit from better management and attention to cleanliness, food quality, and staff morale. It’s not a great reflection of the Taco Bell brand.

No water cups. I ended up buying a soda for 3.50$ which is already crazy but the cup was chipped/broken making it impossible to at least fill it up all the way. I asked for another cup which she kindly gave me. That one was chipped/broken too though. I don't have the time or patience to ask a thousand times for an undamaged cup. Shouldn't be hard to at least get what I paid for. Oh and I also stood there for about 5 minutes before somebody asked if I needed to order (sarcastic but no lol I just enjoy taking up space at my local taco bell) despite myself being the only customer in the store.

The drive-thru service was fantastic and the food was really well made for a random Taco Bell.
I had a really early order today (9/6/25, around 9:25 am) that was kind of big because I had to pick up lunches in advance for my work team, and the lady working the drive through was so kind, sweet, and patient!

Building feels a little neglected from the outside, I did not go inside. Drive-thru on a Saturday afternoon was quick. Staff was polite, just slightly distracted. Food was accurate and hot. No complaints.

There was a long hair in my food. The young lady at the window acted like I was bothering when so asked for the hit sauce that was not in the bag that I asked for when I placed the order.
