I LOVE the food at Tiziki's & the service & atmosphere are a bonus. The staff greets you as you walk in. They are friendly, courteous & fast. I usually go on Sundays after church to this location & I am NEVER disappointed. Thank you ☺️

In the Innsbrook area for a 3-day business retreat, a local recommended Taziki's for a lunch to order online for the group and have delivered. The menu was exactly what I was looking for, the online order and processing went super smoothly. However, when it came time for the lunch delivery there was a problem. I called Taziki's, they figured out the mix-up immediately, called me back with a solution and sent out a fresh delivery within minutes.

This showed fantastic customer service and we received hot and delicious grilled chicken feasts and more for our group. This will be a must-stop anytime any of us are in Richmond!

I was craving something fresh and Mediterranean. Taziki's came up in my search. So, I did. The young man at the counter was helpful with questions.
I ordered the lemon chicken soup and hummus with pita.
Clean and quiet dining area. Had to ask about my order after waiting and noticing others being served. They found my order and got it to me quickly with a quiet and very nice apology. It was worth waiting for... well, maybe not as long as I waited, but it was delicious.
The hummus had a subtle garlicky with a little touch of heat flavor. Just right with the fluffy, crispy-edged pita triangles. The soup was a good chicken broth with lemon, rice, herbs and just enough chicken (I prefer more broth than chicken). Taste before adding pepper; it didn't need it.
All I all, a good lunch with enough hummus and pita leftover for the next day.
The chicken kabobs the guy at the next table ordered smelled heavenly, So, next time????

I'm so glad to see the quinoa bowls back on the menu! They used to be my favorite and I missed them when they were temporarily unavailable.
​It's always a pleasure to eat here, and the service is truly top-notch. I had the opportunity to meet the owner this morning, and I always appreciate the manager, Stephanie, for her outstanding hospitality and the great service her staff provides.

I stopped by the innsbrook location today for lunch with my dad . We go there maybe every 2 weeks . The staff were amazing . I happened to say I was taking my dad to lunch for his 93 birthday . Staff came out and sang happy birthday to him with a treat and lite candle. Jack and Shannon(not sure that’s her name she is moving to Roanoke ) were so incredibly kind to my dad along with all the other staff . Food is always good , service is great !! See you soon Taziki ! I highly recommend this location
