Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe - Innsbrook

I stopped by the innsbrook location today for lunch with my dad . We go there maybe every 2 weeks . The staff were amazing . I happened to say I was taking my dad to lunch for his 93 birthday . Staff came out and sang happy birthday to him with a treat and lite candle. Jack and Shannon(not sure that’s her name she is moving to Roanoke ) were so incredibly kind to my dad along with all the other staff . Food is always good , service is great !! See you soon Taziki ! I highly recommend this location

Went for falafel but ended up with a 3” x1/4” mini pancakes that almost tasted like a falafel. Unbelievable that they call them falafels.

The best customer service ever! I love that the food is so fresh and delicious.
On the must recent trip placed an online order for a family meal. When I got home over 30 min away discovered the chicken was missing. I called and they apologized and sent someone all the way to my house to deliver it. So very thankful and definitely unexpected.

This is one of our favorite places. We love the staff and food. It's always fresh. Please don't get rid of the Lamb Burger. We wish the Signature Pasta was available everyday. Keep it up!

Picked up carryout. Totally left off greek dressing, my extra order of soft pita, chicken on salad had a burnt dry taste. Manager would not speak to me - relayed the info through the cashier who probably left everything from my bag. Unacceptable. Not to mention there was a tropical storm moving through the area. Did not offer to remake the order.
