I stopped by the innsbrook location today for lunch with my dad . We go there maybe every 2 weeks . The staff were amazing . I happened to say I was taking my dad to lunch for his 93 birthday . Staff came out and sang happy birthday to him with a treat and lite candle. Jack and Shannon(not sure that’s her name she is moving to Roanoke ) were so incredibly kind to my dad along with all the other staff . Food is always good , service is great !! See you soon Taziki ! The best customer service ever! I love that the food is so fresh and delicious.
On the must recent trip placed an online order for a family meal. When I got home over 30 min away discovered the chicken was missing. I called and they apologized and sent someone all the way to my house to deliver it. So very thankful and definitely unexpected.
