Be aware that The Glen restaurant is currently only open when the conference center is hosting a larger event. I was advised to call before going there to make sure they were open on any given day. The hours currently posted on Google Maps are no longer correct.
Nice place
The chef omelet is likely the best omelet I've had. Chef Angel absolutely knows what she is doing.

The staff was courteous, kind and welcoming. The food was an aesthetics compliment to the delicious and perfectly seasoned cuisine. To top it all off the atmosphere was even more soothing with the soft music echoing throughout the restaurant.
