Be aware that The Glen restaurant is currently only open when the conference center is hosting a larger event. I was advised to call before going there to make sure they were open on any given day. The hours currently posted on Google Maps are no longer correct.
Nice place
The chef omelet is likely the best omelet I've had. Chef Angel absolutely knows what she is doing.

The staff was absolutely friendly and on top of service However the food left very little to be desired French onion soup was not overly hot and the cheese was not melted and cheesy The specialty salad was not to my liking at all, the lemon zest goat cheese was not zesty the cherries were not great however salmon was cooked great but too much seasoning Not a fan and the guy next to me did not eat hardly any of his Brussels spouts Lots of dishes getting thrown away
Celiac approved! I called ahead. GF meals clearly marked, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the dining was amazing.

Never knew about this place googled breakfast buffet and it popped up me and my 11 year old son King David gave it a try and it was awesome,food was great and the service was also

An all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, with bacon, sausage, and tasty scrambled eggs, among several other offerings, along with attentive service.
