Horrible experience. I was waiting for my chicken pesto, the girl called it along with another food item and this man went and got both so I figured my chicken pesto still needed to be made so I waited for another 10 minutes and then asked I think my order got lost and the girl that was making my food said “her fault, well maybe she should have gotten it when I called it”. Are you serious ? How rude! Because someone stole my food, it’s my fault ? Wish I got her name, but she was African American, hair up and glasses and wearing AirPods. Horribly rude for no good reason when I was nothing but nice.

i ordered the chia pudding oatmeal and my bananas were old and so was the yogurt. it seemed as if it were made hours prior to it being served to me. also got the all american wrap and it was quite small.

Although this smoothie place gets a lot of hate. I actually enjoy coming here. Sometimes the staff can be unwelcoming. It’s a clean environment and the smoothies are always great. The management doesn’t seem to be the greatest. I’ve been in there once or twice when the general manager was there. One of the times he was ridiculing his employees, saying something about how all the blame is on them. I genuinely felt bad for the employees. The most positive thing about this place is a worker, who I think goes by Maurice or Maria? She is clearly the best worker, she’s quick, polite, and approachable. She definitely carries this restaurant when she’s working. Overall it’s a decent smoothie place

Walked in , wasn’t greeted at all, everyone there seemed to hate their job or something. Employees slamming equipment / machine parts around. They forgot to make a drink I ordered and the one chick rolled her eyes. Definitely won’t be back to this location again. Find better employees then this bunch .

Worst Tropical smoothie ever this girl made my smoothie yesterday I heard someone say her name is Raja and my smoothie was straight like water she slapped my drink on the pick up counter it was leaking out the top I walked out the store from it being overfilled and spilled it all over my car I was so disappointed I will never show up to this Location again and what is the manager doing he doesn't do anything but walk in the back over and over again like he is not a good manager he need to teach these girls how to make a smoothie.

Worst Tropical Smoothie I've ever been to. I was the only customer and it still took awhile to receive my order. My smoothie was so watered down with ice I could barely taste the acia berry or the whey protein in it. Cheese wasn't melted on my wrap and had a weird smell to it. It was like 4-5 girls in there working just standing around chatting. 1 man was also in the back. Absolutely no customers in there! I got off interstate 95 to come to this location and it sucked horribly. Spent almost $30.
