Check your change if paying cash, The employee had to go into the back to get change to for a $50. One of the twenty's was a poor counterfeit bill. When confronted said employee was visibly irritated and called me stupid as I walked out of the store. Very unprofessional.

Brook Road at VA Center, Glen Allen VA. Just walked in as the only cashier was applying lip gloss from her purse while at the register. I asked for an Island Green smoothie and she replied with a mumble. I got clarification after my 2nd ask. After ringing me up, she did turn around to briefly rinsing her hands, but not sure how clean they got. Her nails were very long and ornate. She continued to prepare the smoothie with no gloves. I hate coming to this location and labor in prayer for divine disease prevention, but I was desperately in a hurry. I must admit the store seems to be much cleaner under the new management, but the no-gloves after lipgloss application with ornately long nails doesn’t sound like the vibe the Health Department is going for. And the mumbling…I hope my 20 something has better manners.

My daughter just loves this place. I believe the food is overpriced but they do have vegan options sad part is you pay more for NOT getting the meats because they are basically charging a storage fee for the meat not being used and upcharging because you are using plant-based meat substitute! Not cool in my opinion! The smoothies are good whelp because my daughter loves hanging them after practice, a lot of my money goes to these establishments!

I don't know what everyone's talking about. I have very high food standards and this isn't a Michelin Star place but it's certainly fresh and yummy and way better than anything around here. Place is clean and friendly.
