The worst Waffle House I’ve been to so far. As we were eating, our server asked us to pay, so she could clock off. We ordered waffles, which they had to remake because they burned them. After we paid, we waited for our waffles just for the lady to pull them off the griddle burnt. We just walked out at this point. The sunny side eggs were oily and the bacon was a bit burnt. Also, a team member was complaining about washing dishes and tips while we were there.

Food was as good as it gets for Waffle House, our server Jayla was friendly and attentive and the lady who sat us was also a treat. Food came out quick and was prepared as requested. One of the better Waffle House experiences I’ve had.

Walked in a customer was screaming at the manager or one of their staff. Tables dirty and full of last customers dished.. but we sat down thinking they would clean it.. nope they never did.. we waited for 20 minutes and were never acknowledged. Staff hiding in the back room when they walk by they acted like we were not there. We left and went to the waffle house at the corner of staples mill rd and pharam rd. That location was amazing... this location we will never return too.

I just ordered a 3-egg breakfast and an extra side of grits. They forgot my grits completely and my eggs o had SHELLS in them, and not just a little bit. My partner ordered a Texas Melt w/ bacon and a side of hash browns. The potatoes were so burn that when he chewed it sounded like he was eating potato chips! This is the 2nd time that my partner and I have been to store unit # 1209 when these two young men were working. No harm or disrespect, but where is the adult supervision. I think we’ll go elsewhere if we ever spot those two working together alone.
