how are you gonna accidentally charge my moms card for another persons order and NOT void it or refund the money back, she looked at her bank statement saw a charge that WASENT our then called the wendy’s to ask them about it, they told her she had to COME BACK to get a refund cause they needed her card. mind you the manager knew about it when it happened and DIDNT TELL ME MOM IT HAPPENED AND LET HER DRIVE OFF WITHOUT A REFUND. so no she’s going OUT of her way to come back to the wendy’s to get her money back. yall SUCK! as well as your crappy management.

Lobby was overflowing with trash, drink machine in the lobby was out of syrup even after telling the guy working the front they continued to give other customers drink cups to use in the lobby which makes no sense. Everyone waiting for food kept warning each other not to use that drink machine. I waited 25 minutes for my food (which I had time but if you’re in a rush not the best place for fast service) I also used the restroom which had no toilet paper. After notifying the man working the front he seemed to care less that it was disgusting in that lobby.

Bought this meal. Very surprised to find out that it was $10.99. For chicken nuggets 10 of them, small fry, two secret sauces, and an ice cream treat. The only thing that was good about this meal was the ice cream. Not worth $11.50.

On must days the line is around the corner because it’s just that slow or just short and slow like the little school bus. In line today and workers are on the curb, 2 taking out trash and NO ONE answering the drive thru. Cars have been waiting over 10 minutes now without a single word . For an area that is growing this Wendy’s is not keeping up and hasn’t for many many years now. I guess the owner/manager dropped the baby off with the babysitters and never returned.

The person working the drive though seemed to be high. Did not have the ability to take an order. When told they had the wrong items in the screen argued that it was right.

The car in front of us left and so did we without getting the food. zero chance it would have been correct.

avoid this place at all cost.

Mobile order done, 5 minutes to get to the Wendy's only 1 car on line. My drinks were wrong , my frosty wrong. Then I'm asked to move to the side that my food will take a minute. 20 minutes later I had to go in and ask where is my food, to be told a couple of more minutes. There were 7 employees on site and all without hairnets and making people wait. Upper management should check those surveillance since they are robbing them blind with all the business they must be losing since people left the lines. I live 5 minutes away and this would be the last time I go , every time there is a problem with the orders. All employees and the manager suck.

25 minutes in the drive through line. I was able to order on mobile app before I even got to the speaker. When I finally got to the pickup window it was another 5 minutes before getting my food. Shut this place down.
