They were doing some renovations, but were very helpful seeing that I was with my 6 year old son and I am disabled until I get my hips replaced and they were so helpful. Giving my boy extra toys and free ice cream for being so mature and helping me out

Team here was extremely accommodating and helpful. Placed a mobile order for in-store pick up. Inside was closed but the two women I spoke with understood and helpful in every way possible super nice and my food was hot fresh and yummy 😋

Did not get to drive thru. After waiting a considerable amount of time for the car in front of me to place their order I thought something is wrong here. So I pulled out of line and drove by the window and saw three employees having a conversation. Hands were raised, couldn't hear what they were saying, but it was obvious that they were having a disagreement on something. While the car behind me made four cars waiting to place an order. That is unacceptable. I hope the manager of this Wendy's makes the employees realize that their customers are more important than their disagreement.

I've come here twice and the frosty machine wasn't working. Today they gave a cup of water instead of a bottle with the kid's menu. I don't recommend this location.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the employees. The gentleman working around 8pm were all VERY welcoming. They made sure we were taken care of and even told us our food was coming out hot and fresh. If were ever up this way agian, Ill make sure I go out of my way to stop at this Wendy's specifically!!!! Thank you to all the men for their hard work and positive attitude. You dont get that alot anymore!!!

Today, I stopped by the drive-thru, and I must say that Monica, who was taking orders, is truly the most delightful person I’ve ever encountered at a Wendy's! Honestly, I wouldn't have minded if my order was incorrect due to her wonderful demeanor! Fortunately, everything was just right, and the food was fresh! I wish the Wendy's in Zion Crossroads had customer service standards as high as hers.

Walked in, no body waiting. I can’t comment on the food as nobody ever addressed us to take out order. When we thought some one was taking our order he said “ no” and walked back away. Save your money go somewhere else. All the Wendy’s in this area suck and should be leveled

Fries were burnt and cold and we have to check out food here because they have a history messing up orders.... And of course my friend's burger wasn't plain like requested... Glad we held up the drive through line to check before pulling off because I wouldn't have wanted to come back.
