Went there last night had a really nice person at the drive-through food taste good as normal but when you pay for something, it’s pretty awful when you don’t get what you pay for supposed to get three things of fries only got two.

Had construction going on in the parking lot which affected the atmosphere.
Large hit to places who cannot remember how to put sauce in, and ruin the meal for 5 people who don't want dry fries and dry chicken. $37 and no one wanted the fries or chicken without it, it's not a small thing, and it shouldn't be our responsibility to have to check every single time.

I ordered like normal a number 2 (baconator)no cheese drink drive through and pick up my order. I parked to check the order because all too often they put cheese on the burger. It's cool i get it most people want the cheese. I do not. So I bring in the burger and hand it to the guy at the front. And he was really understanding of what happened. The cook on the other hand wanted to blame me for not ordering it with out cheese and kept talking to the guy from the front. They did not make my sandwich immediately and when it came out it wasn't fully cooked. Also he spit on my burger. He needed to be fired immediately.

I was ordering on 02/11 1 o’clock and he kept asking the same question too many times after I answered and he confirmed. Lastly he said he refuse to take my order and he closed his window. He was showing me a really bad attitude. I called,some lady answered and said “short pump Wendy’s” I asked her to talk to a manager and she knew it was me so she hanged up on me. The guy started saying he’ll call the cops I told him to do so but he didn’t. I would’ve liked it if he called the cops.Finally I left because I didn’t want the people behind me to wait but Wendy’s need to do something.

ACE was the manager on FRIDAY night. ACE has the best personality and is so caring. We were working in the building and it was cold outside. He came to us several times to see if we needed anything even offering coffee.
