The absolute worst. We couldn't finish half. Went down the road and got something else. Absolute garbage good and service acted like we were Martians.

We couldn't see most of the menu board so we called number 3 an adult nugget meal. The workers decided to make fun of the way we ordered over the headset and while we were at the window. The only nice worker was the older lady working the window.

I pulled in to order something from the drive-thru at about 2:00 in the afternoon. They told me the drive was closed because of a shift change. Whose convenience are you there for, certainly not mine. I haven't gone back to Wendy's since and I doubt if I will.

I look forward to when they reopen and the renovations are complete.
Our family has enjoyed this location lately, I also hope they have the domed windows, that is always one of my favorite memories going to Wendy's.
Always packed, they will fix anything right away, clear speakers that you can understand.
Awesome management and customer service.

Parking: Parking lot is limited to mobile pick up due to construction equipment.

Poor customer treatment. One manager, two workers. Placed two orders at drive up. We were told he couldn't split the order, all orders on one ticket. Ok, fine. Get to the window to pay, and he split the order. I had to pay 2 times. Asked for napkins. Told there were none in the store. Waiting for truck delivery. Wait, what? Then our food order was not correct. We had to wait twice, once for the incorrect order, then again for the correct one. No apologie were given. Terrible customer service. I will not be back.

Tried the SpongeBob sandwich and frosty. The sandwich taste like a regular burger which isn’t bad, the frosty was pretty good.

the workers are rude af, literally arguing while taking orders. after closing the drive thru while we were in it(and they didn’t block it off causing other cars to have to back out of the drive thru instead of just blocking it off)??? idk who hired these people but they may need to reevaluate their hiring choices. also, how do you run out of spoons, slight annoyance but the rest of my experience truly was miserable don’t eat here.

Nicest young man that waited on us . His name is Ace . The place was nice and clean the last time we went it wasn't so clean but it was this time but this young man Ace was absolutely wonderful to be waited on he treated us with respect and a little giggle or two really liked him

We ordered at 8:14 AM, only customer at the restaurant. Asked to pull forward to stop speed of service clock - 2 sausage, egg & cheese croissants + 1 sausage egg burrito. Young lady taking my order had no energy & was slow (we commented amongst ourselves that she may have been on something).

We waited in a parking spot for 12 mins, I tried to get our order, lobby locked b/c it doesn't open until 9 AM. Saw a total of 5 team mbrs, one either on their phone and/or smoking outside a dining room entrance.

Drove back to the pick-up window & knocked. Our food still had to be made/prepped & the staff was busy stocking for the day. Again, only customers at this time. Left at the 15-min mark w/our food only b/c we went & found a team mbr via the drive-thru. Instead of apologizing, the male team mbr stated we only waiting 10-mins, terrible stance since we had to come back to the drive-thru to get any service. We left at 8:29 AM only b/c we acted.

Zero apology for any team mbr - manipulating speed of service metrics, forgetting about paid customer & not apologizing is NOT the way to secure more breakfast patrons.

Oh My Goodness, If You Have To Use The Restroom Go Somewhere Else!! The Restroom Floors Are So Slippery I Almost Broke My Neck!! The Food, Customer Service Were On Point Though.

I had a terrible experience at this Wendy’s location due to an employee named Erika. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional, cussing me out and yelling at me without any provocation. Her aggressive behavior made me feel unsafe. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this issue promptly to ensure other customers do not have to endure such treatment.
