Zara Mediterranean Charcoal Grill

This was my first time at this restaurant. I noticed it didn't have a lot of indoor seating, but if there was an influx of customers, they did offer additional seating outdoors. It was a cool atmosphere nonetheless.

I approached the counter, and the gentleman who took my order was very pleasant. He explained items on the menu, enabling me to make the proper choice for my eating pleasure.

I ordered the chicken and lamb combo with rice, a salad, and bread. I took the food back to my hotel room and was extremely pleased with it. It was delicious, and the next time I'm in Richmond, I will definitely be returning!

Waited 30 mins to pay $20 of what I thought would be a skewer of shrimp and veggies but instead got 5 overcooked shrimp thrown in a box you see pictured here…bread also hard…waste of money and my time!

The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We ordered the chicken and lamb platter — the lamb, in particular, was excellent, though we do wish the portion had been a bit larger. The gentleman who took our order was very kind and also served us at the table, which added a nice personal touch. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to returning.

The food is very good. The portions are appropriate. The food is well seasoned and comes out hot. I like the food so much I had Zara 2 times in one week. The bathroom is clean and well stocked.
