Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This was a great Zaxby’s. The food was consistent and the staff was friendly. After being “temporarily closed” since the spring there is now a Panera Bread sign on the building. I can’t express enough how disappointed I am with this change.

Their to go orders are never ready even close to on time, people that work there are all or mostly stoned and clueless with what's going on. I asked which drink was the peach tea and which was regular and the girl told me "I'm not sure sorry" with no resolution and she has literally just gone to get the second drink because they had forgotten it. I said I need to know which is which and she just shrugged at me. They both ended up being Peach. I had to ask for straws and my sauce. The employees weren't in uniform and one was wearing sweat pants. Like straight pajamas. I will never go here again.

Great experience. Quick stop for lunch. Delicious salad, tenders and fries. Tricky to get in and out of the parking lot. Have your wits about you! Starbucks is right beside Zaxbys and their drive thru patrons might block the in/out.

This location is absolute trash. I would be ashamed to be a part of the team that works here.The fact that the cooks can't even properly make buttered toast is embarrassing. My fries were pale and undercooked. The chicken was so dry when I picked it up it fell apart.The drive-thru attendant made me feel extremely unwelcome, and like I was a burden to serve. As a fellow fast food worker, that was the worst part of my experience here.

Currently neen waiting 23 minutes for a call ahead simple order. Still waiting. Short staffed? Turns out she was the only person in the building.

The food got us sick. It tasted old. They over charged us and the cashier couldn't count change.

I give one star because it would not allow zero. Waited in a ridiculous line (one car ahead of me) took 10 full minutes to be the next car only to go up to place my order and the drive thru employee told me to hold on. Waited an ADDITIONAL 7 minutes to which I drove up to the window and stated his speaker MUST be broken, meanwhile I see two employees through the window on their cell phones, he said no it works our cook is just backed up....OK, great communication number 1, number 2 customer service is LOST. Lastly, no guidance from management I am assuming. Terrible. Will never go back, not that any employee there cares.

We did an online order and drive through pick up. The sandwiches were super greasy and came without the sauces that we had requested. Had oil oozing out with each bite. Almost felt like the chicken had been refried. We ordered a regular chicken sandwich and spicy sandwiches. Both came with just one or two slices of pickles and no difference in taste. The wings were just ok with sparing sauce coating. Never ordering from here again.
