I never get on Google to leave a review, but this burger king has got to be one of the worst. Between sitting at drive-thru for 20-30 minutes waiting for a missing drink that wasn't given to me while the person avoided making eye contact with me at all costs, to telling us the our breakfast order was cancelled (that we ordered ahead) because they put everything away and refused to refund it. Instead telling us to figure it out ourselves.
This store has some of the most mean / incompetent workers, and this was the nail in the coffin to finally not go back.

Went here at around 11:30am April 7, 2025 and had some horrible food. First thing was the fries were half full. The Whopper had old toppings and unripe tomatoes. Looked like it was thrown together. Two small combos were $22.04! What a ripoff. Horrible service and horrible quality. Some of the lettuce was brown and slimy. Wouldn’t you think that they would notice this when making our order? The only good thing was our food was brought to our table. Pleasant but didn’t overcome the poor quality of the food. Don’t stop go somewhere else as this place was awful!

I go here alot seeing my job is close to it 7 out of 10 times they get half my order wrong 😑 like how hard is it to read a screen lol and they want 15 an hour 😂 I dont do alot of reviews but God do your job right

My food was not fresh, worse food ever they forgot half my order so I had to go inside then waited 10 more minutes for my food they forgot. The staff was not at all wanting to work. the place inside was filthy the health department needs to visit them I will never eat at this place again Disgusting. If you eat here you might want to go inside and see the filth for yourself where food is prepared

We went to this Burger King and I specifically ordered two croissant sandwiches with my meal and another croissant sandwich with another meal the guy acted like he did not want to be at work or men want to take our order to begin with, we received our order with a sandwich missing with our hash browns being so burnt that you can barely even bite through them, and my girlfriend's soda tasted like pumpkin spice for some reason making her not want to drink it. This is ridiculous behavior! People like this should not be working and restaurants or anywhere where they have to service people! The food was disgusting, the employee was neglectful and didn't seem to have much customer service experience, and completely forgot to give us some of our food! I would not recommend going to this restaurant!

Tried to get lunch via the drive thru. One car in front of me. Got to the speaker and was asked to wait. Waited 5 minutes. No one took my order so I left. Today I went inside to get breakfast. I'm guessing the 2 employees working were the same dynamic duo that were working yesterday. I was the only customer. The fella taking my order had no personality. Barely said 2 words. The guy in the back spent more time trying to figure out what to write on the paper wrappers than preparing my order, (I ordered 3 sausage, egg & cheese biscuits, and 2 bacon & egg biscuits). He kept going back and forth between the wrappers and the order board. I watched him count the wrappers 4-5 times. It was almost comical. My order was taken at 9:02. I got back in my car at 9:29. The biscuits were hard as a rock. What a joke.

Went to go try the new pickle fries 🍟 was super excited until I got 3 bites when I ordered a large I went in and said something about it and they said there is supposed to only be 8 fries 😂 I just watched a tiktok advertisement from Burger King and the large fry was in a box and definitely wasn't 8 fries 😂
This place has good food but the service is always slow! The ice cream machine is ALWAYS down. They have new shakes on the menu outside but they never have them available. I've been trying to try one for a month now...

Ordered $5 value meal, cashier said she had to "upsale"me the fries for .70 more because the store did not have any containers for the value fries. I said I didn't need fries, just leave them out and she said then I couldn't order the value meal at all. She should have just either not given me fries or put the value meal size in whatever container was available. Really? The drink machine spit out something dark brown when I selected lemonade all over my hand and the bathrooms were filthy.

Presumably under staffed. No one greated us and we waited for a while to have our order taken. When we spoke up the girl looking frazzled said it was just her working the window and the front and getting the food for the orders. To be fair she was busting her butt! Finally someone came from the back and took our order. The one girl doing it all brought our food and apologized for our wait. I wish I got her name because she had nothing to apologize for.. those in the back did. The food was good and fresh too. Just if you go be prepared to wait.. or go through drive thru as they take priority. To the one girl busting her butt. Girl you're doing great
