Went to go try the new pickle fries 🍟 was super excited until I got 3 bites when I ordered a large I went in and said something about it and they said there is supposed to only be 8 fries 😂 I just watched a tiktok advertisement from Burger King and the large fry was in a box and definitely wasn't 8 fries 😂

This place has good food but the service is always slow! The ice cream machine is ALWAYS down. They have new shakes on the menu outside but they never have them available. I've been trying to try one for a month now...

Ordered $5 value meal, cashier said she had to "upsale"me the fries for .70 more because the store did not have any containers for the value fries. I said I didn't need fries, just leave them out and she said then I couldn't order the value meal at all. She should have just either not given me fries or put the value meal size in whatever container was available. Really? The drink machine spit out something dark brown when I selected lemonade all over my hand and the bathrooms were filthy.

Presumably under staffed. No one greated us and we waited for a while to have our order taken. When we spoke up the girl looking frazzled said it was just her working the window and the front and getting the food for the orders. To be fair she was busting her butt! Finally someone came from the back and took our order. The one girl doing it all brought our food and apologized for our wait. I wish I got her name because she had nothing to apologize for.. those in the back did. The food was good and fresh too. Just if you go be prepared to wait.. or go through drive thru as they take priority. To the one girl busting her butt. Girl you're doing great

I would not recommend this place. As soon as you pull into the parking lot you notice the trash and cigarettes butts by the hundreds, and I mean hundreds in the parking places in front of the entry doors. That was enough to raise suspension about the cleanliness of this establishment. Then I walked up and opened the front main entrance door and my suspension was verified . This place is NASTY! Floor area going in had food product all over it not to mention the ketchup that was sprayed all over the door glass and windows. If the visual isn't enough to stop you from entering the smell certainly will. Never made it inside we turned around and walked out but can only imagine what the rest of the place looks like. Place is a dump!
Parking: Park on top of all the cigarette butts! I did!

Incomplete order received at drive thru. She handed me my food and turned away before I could even speak to fix the problem. I went inside and waited 10 minutes to get acknowledged to fix the issue. They totally ignored that I was even there. Horrible customer service.

We stopped and used the coupon for two Whopper meals. Most of the workers are younger and most of them forget either the no ice or the no sugar drink or the Splenda on the side request. Maybe they should use some paper or a whiteboard. Or maybe the guy taking the order is not making the notes. So service is not as good as it used to be. But the burgers are. Pretty happy with that. The fries were not fresh and hot but we ate them anyway. A lot of times if I get not fresh fries in the Drive-Thru I will go around to the door and make them replace them. It's just what I do because I'm paying for what I expect to get. All in all we will return to the store because my guy likes it. But we always have to triple check the order. And remind them of at least two elements of the order. Oh well.

Every time I go to this location they find a way to mess up. You’d think I’d learn my lesson but I always end up just making the same mistakes again and again by ordering from here. Foods always cold and something always missing. As much money as Burger King is charging these days I’d suggest saving a few bucks and going to a sit down restaurant rather than dealing with these clowns.
