If popeye's chicken is the devils chicken than I'm thankful that chick-fil-a is the lords chicken 🙏. I have never had a bad time or bad food here. And the employee Derrell is hands down the nicest dude on earth and I would be so upset if he left there.

Pulled up to get a late dinner at the drive through and we got there right as they were getting ready to close. Yes, we were there late but they took the 2 cars in front of us but turned us away. I can understand if it was an entire line behind us, but it was just 2 cars in front of us and then us. They served them but told us they were closed. Being a district manager before, and working in the food industry at one point in my life.....I would NEVER had turned 1 car away. Now, if it were several vehicles or people in a long line, closing is definitely the option. In my opinion, this was poor customer service. Shame on the management!

Last 2 visits not the usual Crispy good chicken sandwich. Chicken was a bit rubbery inside, like not all the way done. and not crispy.
Always great service. Food was good. Somwtimes the Fries seems rush not done all the way. But 98% everything is on spot grear.

Today I had the pleasure of Kaia taking my order at the drive thru and she was wonderful! Reminds me of the time Abigail served me when I went inside! Amazing customer service ladies!! The grilled chicken sandwich was amazing so thanks for the recommendation Abigail!

So disappointed. I usually love Chick-fil-a. This advertisement for the mac-cheese is bs. It looked good on the commercial but that is not what you will receive. Mine was half empty, cold, sold piece of cheese on top, and hardly no cheese on the noodles. Well I guess that's just the same as all major money making business organizations just like McDonald's and Burger King. Smh!
