Super dirty back of house, dishes piled up on cutting surfaces, rice is either sitting in the warmer for way too long or they're just straight up scraping the the dry overcooked parts into customer orders. Cut sizes are extremely off, customer service isn't basically non existent. They'll ask YOU to throw away an order that has to be remade rather than just taking it to the 1 of many trash cans in the back of the restaurant. Save your money don't eat here it's been a dumpster fire for awhile and after months and months of being a consistent customer here it's overall just not a great place. Spend your money elsewhere.

Chipotle used to be my go to place if I wanted a nice rice and chicken bowl, but now it just seems like you get a 1/2 a scoop of rice, a 1/2 a scoop of chicken and I'm still paying $14. It's not worth my money. The people who worked there speak but are not very inviting.

Went when it first opened, I had horrible service. The food burned my mouth. When asked to switch my item I was met with a resistant manager, who refused to give me a replacement. A worker decided to give me another item that was not so spicy. Portion size was small in comparison to the Chipotle's in Chesapeake. I'll stick w the local Mexican restaurants.
