Chipotle Mexican Grill

The staff is so unfriendly as if I’m bothering them! If they don’t like their jobs then leave! Very rude staff! I ordered 3 chicken tacos and two of the tacos only had one piece of chicken in them! I have been to Chipotle in Mechanicsville, Va and they are awesome and make sure you get what you pay for! Maybe Gloucester’s Chipotle should go get some training from that location!

This is about the only chipotle I will eat at. This place is always clean and the staff is friendly and the food is consistent. Only bad thing I can say is the rice once in a while will be hard by they always make it right

This chipotle sucks, the employees are unfriendly.. and act like the FREE INGREDIENTS ARE COMING OUT OF THEIR PAYCHECK... When you are stingy with lettuce, there is something wrong. I always leave this place feeling robbed. I hope it goes out of business.

My fiancée said people used to complain when they first opened this location.im glad I took a chance becauer I had a great experience. The restaurant was clean, staff were friendly. The food was fresh and my burrito was HUGE. I definitely will be back.

the portions are small and i found plastic in my food.

Our family ordered a catering order earlier in the week for a birthday party this weekend. It was scheduled for delivery and we received confirmation of the time. Around the time it was meant to be delivered we got a notification our order was cancelled. After several automated prompts and multiple corporate reps, we were finally able to get in contact with the actual store. The store claimed they couldn’t see our order despite the corporate rep saying it was clearly in the system, and then cancelled by the store. The manager on duty showed no remorse and offered 0 solutions. If you’re going to cancel an order, for any reason, I would suggest AT VERY LEAST communicating this to the customer.

Ordered food through the app to this location. Spent $12.95 on this tiny burrito then $10.00 on delivery fees. This is the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen. Plus, the steak is extremely spicy. Almost inedible. Extremely disappointing. Won’t be ordering from this location again unless some changes are made internally.

Embersyn (I may have misspelled) and Max were phenomenal with their customer service, just exceptional service like you'd typically expect, as opposed to my last visit where it wasn't as pleasant by far! These two were very polite and patient and helped me get everything I needed very efficiently and I just appreciated their service so much that I'm making my first ever review to a place. That's how awesome they were! I planned to never visit again bc of last time everyone was very rude and just seemed like they really didn't want to be there at all. Acted like everything I asked for was a bother to them. I'm glad I gave it another chance, I will definitely be planning to come back again, but during this time of day (in the evening) next visit to catch the better end of who's on the clock! Way to go guys! Keep up the great work! 😊

Super dirty back of house, dishes piled up on cutting surfaces, rice is either sitting in the warmer for way too long or they're just straight up scraping the the dry overcooked parts into customer orders. Cut sizes are extremely off, customer service isn't basically non existent. They'll ask YOU to throw away an order that has to be remade rather than just taking it to the 1 of many trash cans in the back of the restaurant. Save your money don't eat here it's been a dumpster fire for awhile and after months and months of being a consistent customer here it's overall just not a great place. Spend your money elsewhere.
