Went when it first opened, I had horrible service. The food burned my mouth. When asked to switch my item I was met with a resistant manager, who refused to give me a replacement. A worker decided to give me another item that was not so spicy. Portion size was small in comparison to the Chipotle's in Chesapeake. I'll stick w the local Mexican restaurants.

First time I'd ever been. Super good everything bowl.

The food meets the quality you would expect from Chipotle. The restaurant was offering al pastor chicken as an option during my visit. Good flavor compared to normal chicken. I will be returning in the future.

I had a bowl with the chicken al pastor, and my wife got a salad with chicken. The taste was mediocre and my wife picked a big pile of pink lettuce out of her's. The queso was bland and gritty, and the chips were stale. Before we left my stomach was already having cramps. When I got home I threw up everything and my wife got sick as well. Spent over $80 for 5 people. I will never be coming back. Eater beware!

BY FAR THE WORST CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Employees are miserable, food isn't even fresh, they don't give full portions but charge you for it. Will not be going back

I have only ever ordered Chipotle through the app, so this was my first dine-in experience. Although the food was good, the employees rushed me through the options, even skipping over certain ones, and added sour cream to my bowl when I asked them not to. When I asked them to remake it after I realized I was missing toppings I wanted and it had sour cream, they were a bit rude. I simply wish they had gone through the process of making the bowl a bit slower. I think it would've resulted in it being made correctly but perhaps this is the usual at Chipotle.

All I have to say is HORRIBLE customer service! It was 8pm they close at 10 pm yet they had no salsa. When I asked the young manager all she could say was "MY prep staff did there best just deal with it." I have not been back since.
