The parking lot behind this place is absolutely terrible especially on the weekends maybe suggest a change in hours seems like teens are using this place as a hangout and trashing up everything cause it’s the only place open this late

Was going threw the drive threw, as I was pulling up the girl in the window was actively saying “god if yall could just pull up” then we got our food, mine looks great good amount of fries hush puppies and my two quesadillas but my husband on the other hand. He got “3” chicken tenders and a hand full of undercooked onion rings I say “3” like that cause they gave him crumbs pretty much the 3 tenders could have equaled one, and for $8 at that it’s ridiculous. then they closed the door in his face without letting him ask for sauce or anything. Used to come here for years this is my first time back and I’m extremely disappointed.

Tried this for the first time. Burgers were good and actually tasted like it was a cookout burger. Fries are fresh cut and good as well. We will come back as it totally beats the others.

Has the best pineapple milkshakes ever!! Food has always been very good for a fast food place!

I always ask for a cheese quesadilla and they always somehow manage to put chicken in it when I specifically ask them not to do not let me watch who keeps doing this tom foolery

Watched my food being handed to the vehicle in front of me , rummaged through than handed back through the window only to be handed to me. When questioned about it the lady at the window tried to deny it.. then hands me a milkshake that had 2 holes in the bottom leaking out the contents.
$20 wasted >_<

For the price Cookout is the best value for the money than any other fast food chain. Can't wait for them to head west

half of the time they do NOT get an order right and the other half of the time they are OUT of the ingredients to make the food. the workers are extremely rude, short and impatient. i do not recommend this cookout.

I have no idea if it’s any good at all. The open hours are incorrect and I drove a half an hour for nothing. In my book that’s grounds for a complete failure. It’s not that difficult to update your open hours.

My friends and I went here on a whim off of ice cream cravings by us all! Well, all was good until we ordered. We ordered 3 shakes of different flavors. The cashier omitted 1 of our shakes (the first one we ordered, to be exact). After the realization, I told her to tell her of her blunder, and she told me the flavor of the shake... upon agreement, she then charged for the milkshake we ordered before, only for us to have to remind them 5 minutes later that we, AGAIN, DO NOT HAVE OUR MILKSHAKE!! The young lady rudely told me that she would get it AFTER she rang up the customer that just walked inside. I told her that it should have been out 10 minutes ago! She then asked the customer to wait, and she went to make the milkshake. If that wasn't enough, she put it on the counter without any words and slid it on the counter as if she was sliding a bowl to a dog and proceeded to ring up the new patrons. This was a very horrible example of customer service that employers are allowing out of desperation for AVAILABLE BODIES! Not only does business suffer, but also the public from lack of quality service and local locations to patronize for such quality. Thanks but, NO THANK YOU, COOK OUT! YOU'VE LOST US 3 in Gloucester! I'll make my own from now on.
