Bar person...she stayed on phone while orders sat in window. She moves incredibly slow. Watched my sandwich sit long enough to send back to kitchen. Sent sandwich out all wrong. Never asked what i wanted on it.

Not a fan of the ordering process. Stand in line at the bar and place your order over the counter. Guess it's a staffing issue but having to wait in line for 10 minutes isn't a great start to a meal. Food was decent if a bit pricey (what isn't these days!)

First time there on a Saturday late afternoon. It's difficult to figure out how to order when you walk in. The Front area is very confusing. A very nice young lady helped us figure it out. We ended up really enjoying the atmosphere and especially the food. Glad we asked and happy we stayed.
Dukes Deli has great sandwiches, cold or hot. Everytime we have been there professional, courteous staff. Fun times with friends and multiple choices of good cold draft beers.
My daughter in law and I stopped in for the first time yesterday. We both got the Monte Cristo, and OMG!!! Soooo freaking delicious! That jam, powdered sugar, cheese, sourdough...oh and the meat...messy and yummy! I splurged on the cinnamon toast crunch mega bar. All I can say is...I ate the whole thing! We'll be back!!!

The best place in Gloucester. Every sandwich I have tried has been outstanding. Chili and soups are really, really good. Relaxed atmosphere with plenty of beer selections, inventive cocktails and super friendly staff.
