Ordered a Hot Chocolate with blueberry shots, they gave me a black coffee with blueberry, and had a hair on the donut.
It’s always hard finding a dunkin that makes the drinks and the food just right, but I got that here! They got both the drink and sandwiches perfect! The donuts are fresh, and their employees are greatly spreading kindness!
Found my new favorite dunkin in the area!

This is absolutely the best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to in my entire life. The people who work here are the sweetest. Twice now someone has written a cute little note on the top of my coffee lid and it’s been like the best part of my entire day. 😭 Just knowing that someone actually took the time is the sweetest little thing. It’s Dunkin coffee, so it tastes like Dunkin coffee. The customer service though is top tier.

Very inconsistent, I get the same drink every time a brown sugar shaken espresso and it’s never been the same twice it’s always something different sometimes it’s good and most times it sucks.

Horrible. So bad. I go multiple times a week and I don’t know why i keep going. The coffee is NEVER the same and half of the time it’s not even good. I tell them exactly what I want and somehow they still manage to mess it up.
Slowest Dunkin doughnuts ever don’t stop here unless you have 30 minutes to wait
The food is good and the service is good, but the problem is the driveway trying to get in here is too small, you will run over the curb if you have a truck or a bigger size vehicle trying to squeeze the the drive thru cars.

I came in with multiple mobile orders for my family and I on a Sunday morning, so I obviously expected it to be packed, and it was. The drive thru was a never ending line, and there were tons of people both dining-in and taking-out inside the restaurant too. But throughout all the hubbub, the girls up front manning the drive thru, kitchen, and kiosks were phenomenal. They never stopped smiling, being courteous, friendly, and efficient. They were very noticeably under pressure due to the volume of customers, but they handled it with finesse and poise. I was really blown away by it! My coffee was also delicious and my niece loved her drink too!

First and only time there. Waiting inside 25 mins for a cup of coffee and being told several times we're working on it is ridiculous. Got my money back and went to Starbucks!

Eagle was a lil over toasted.
Other wise good.
Entrance to the Gloucester location is maddening...who ever designed the entrance/drive through....you're fired!
I dont see this location being successful because of this screwed up situation!

Daughter loves their coffee and maybe a donut every month or so. You have to admit, it's delicious. I come on the other hand, have willpower and I don't frequent Dunkin ' ever really
Why would you put clean napkins inside with chocolate donuts or not give napkins at all? Shouldn't have to ask for them.
I always enjoy a good cold brew and food items they sell.

Overstaffed for drive thru, only one covering walk-in. Limited b'fast menu and no condiments for the dry sandwiches, no mayo, salt or pepper, It seemed my asking for condiments was annoying.
Walked a literal mile for this let down.
