This is absolutely the best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to in my entire life. The people who work here are the sweetest. Twice now someone has written a cute little note on the top of my coffee lid and it’s been like the best part of my entire day. 😭 Just knowing that someone actually took the time is the sweetest little thing. It’s Dunkin coffee, so it tastes like Dunkin coffee. The customer service though is top tier.
I came in with multiple mobile orders for my family and I on a Sunday morning, so I obviously expected it to be packed, and it was. The drive thru was a never ending line, and there were tons of people both dining-in and taking-out inside the restaurant too. But throughout all the hubbub, the girls up front manning the drive thru, kitchen, and kiosks were phenomenal. They never stopped smiling, being courteous, friendly, and efficient. They were very noticeably under pressure...
