Breakfast burrito and corned beef hash we're delicious. Excellent service, very clean and well cared for dining room. Good coffee and lots of menu options at a reasonable price. We'll definitely go back!

Great breakfast menu to choose from. My egg sandwich with sausage on a bagel was delicious. I guesstimate at least two eggs were used in the scramble, the sandwich was overstuffed! Seasoned well and hot! Everyone was happy with their orders at our table. It's definitely return again when in Gloucester.

Arrived early on a Sunday morning and glad we did. By 0830 the restaurant was almost full to capacity. The menu had a nice variety of things to include some Hispanic dishes if you like getting your spice on in the morning. Had the Bacon Omelette which came with toast and my choice of grits and their Gloucester Combo (French toast, eggs, bacon). The food was just ok, fresh and nothing really bad about it, but there was no real love put into it. Like the eggs were dry and their omelette is what I call a cheater omelette aka rolled up scrambled eggs. Our waitress was awesome though. Gave recommendations, good convo, the works. The decor was nice, clean, and welcoming too. Glad we stopped in on our way back home from a trip.

This was some of the best food I’ve had in a while - the Diet Coke was spicy, the breakfast quesadilla, the Mexican omelette, and the pancakes were SO GOOD. Do yourself a favor and go here!! If there’s a wait, it is WORTH IT. Seriously, best omelet my wife has ever had, and the breakfast quesadilla was UNREAL. Service was awesome, the servers were so sweet and the inside is super cute. Love love love!
French fry reviewer Fry Fieri here at Gloucester Pancake House! Onto the review. I did order ahead of time but the food was very fresh still.
French Fry style: Home Fries. Came with no seasoning on it, very soft though. I believe they expect you to season them yourself with the salt and pepper provided at the table; however, my to-go order did not come with salt or pepper. The edges were the most crispy and even that was barely crunchy. You can probably eat these fries with no teeth and still enjoy them. These fries remind me of fries I'd get as a kid at the carnival. If you prefer your fries soft, this is the place for you! Fries are a 6/10.
As for the chicken strips/tenders, they are breaded in-house it seems like. A lot of meat, very little breading, but still has a good crunch to it. The breading is I believe Panko Breading? This would go well with a sauce; however, they only supplied me with ketchup. As for seasoning, once again sadly, there is no salt or pepper or anything in them. They leave the breading to do the rest of the taste. It's rather bland. Tenders are a 5/10.
