Our food as described was horrible...the chicken tenders were small overcooked and dry, the french fries were stale overcooked and hard like they've been sitting and our coleslaw was so runny and too sweet that it was inedible. The price was extreme for crappy food like this. And the icing on the cake was that they forgot to put our dipping sauce in the bag. We absolutely will not be returning.

I pulled to the drive-thru talk box to give my order and I got yelled at. I don't understand the stress in her voice, because I saw one customer at the window. After sitting at the talk box for a moment, I drove away. I'm done with rude people.

Ordered an 8 piece at the counter, once i could get the attrntion of the crew who were too busy at the drive thru windie bsing to notice what was going on in the restsurant. Ordered an 8 piece, waited,tgen a guy came out and said it would be a 3 minute for biscuits. Ok, no problem. 5 minutes later same guy comes up and says thay have no more white meat. It wad 430pm. Said ok give me all dark. Finally got my order, get home and i have a 4 piece with 2 of the smallest side ive ever seen. Filed a complaint with KFC corporate because its obvious the manager nir franchisee are supervising this location. Straight up fraud and they need to check where the money wrnt i paid as that coukd be considered embezzling by either the manager or franchisee. Waiting to hear from corporate.

"Finger licking sickening salmonella" should be Gloucester Virginia KFC new slogan.
The whole place was a nuance of a restaurant. The chicken was undercooked and had salmonella infused in it. They cooked me a replacement chicken plate but still had salmonella risks. The green beans where extremely salty and awful. The cole slaw was wet, slimy and grimy. This was a low quality restaurant. The FDA doesn't do its damn job. This place should be foreclosed and chapter 11 bankruptcy for sure.

*** UPDATE: If you're going to blast a business, you should be willing to come back and say when they do something right. The mobile app is now operational at this location. I don't know whether my comments provided motivation or just coincidence. Regardless the reason, thank you for resolving this. *** The mobile app does not work at this location. I have tried several times to use it because of the promotional discounts. When I asked the lead cashier at the window if she knew why it wasn't working she said she didn't know. However she did not offer to get the manager who, may have been able to give a better explanation. I went in to the store and requested to speak to the manager. The manager said she didn't know why it wasn't working and she had asked her boss and the boss said it just doesn't sometimes. She told me there was a corporate number that I could call. Now my question is why should I have to call corporate to resolve an issue that they are aware of at the store and are doing nothing about. I have checked several locations within my area and all of the other KFC's are up and running on the mobile app. I am going to plan better and use a different location so that I may get the special offers that the Gloucester store does not seem to care whether they're customers get or not. I would suggest to the readers of my review that they take their money to an establishment that appreciates their business and tries to provide them value. This location does not care whether you get available discounts or not. If this changes I will be sure to come back and update my review.

If you have chicken pot pies on the menu, why aren't they available all day? I've been at this location several times at 4 pm and no chicken pot pies.I called ahead one day and asked if any were available, the reply was, we only make so many and when they are gone, they are gone. So my question is why don't you put on the menu ,only available until we run out .Ridiculous, if they are on the menu ,they should be available!!
