My only complaint is that with a nugget meal, the most important thing is the sauce. The fact that my family lives 25 minutes from this location, and I myself live in another state, it isn’t realistic for me to turn around. On top of that, I do feel there was time to ensure everything was present.
Aside from that, the gentleman at the drive-thru was very kind! And very fast service for a mobile order.

Very dissatisfied. Ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders meal the tenders were burned very small and dried out i wouldn't feed this food to a stray dog. Tried calling them they didn't answer

It was what it was supposed to be. My granddaughter was looking for Mac and Cheese. It was the perfect size for her. She enjoyed sharing a side of corn with her dad. My husband and I really enjoyed the original bowls.

I ordered online for the first time, which was on our way home. I received a generous offer for a free 8-piece bucket for signing up online, so of course I took advantage of it, after I figured out that you have to add your $15 worth of other items first. Our order was prepared quickly and we picked it up at the drive-thru window unceremoniously. The bag was glued or heat sealed shut. We didn't question it. We get home 15 minutes later and we have everything but the biscuits (I made the bucket a combo). The only way the email gave to remedy the problem was through contacting the company, not the restaurant. It's not like we're were going to make a 30-minute round trip at night to get them when we are hungry. 30 minutes and two nice representatives later, we were promised 1,000 reward points online, so we could get a combo meal for free. The food was good and we didn't go hungry. I was just looking forward to those biscuits with my chicken.

I ordered an 8 piece bucket meal from Gloucester KFC and I have to say it was the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. All of my sides were hot and fresh and the biscuits were incredibly warm and buttery. I 100% recommend this fast food restaurant over any others in the area and I will be going back many times after this.

Made mobile order and picked up in drive through, I went home and found missing 4 item, check your order before you leave!!!!!! Took forever to find customer service number then it took 20 minutes to get an 8 dollar credit, what a ripoff!!!!! Be forewarned to check your order!
