One star staff is oblivious to customers but i guess what do u expect it’s McDonalds

The drive thru was busy so I went inside and no one was there but me. Ordered 2 double cheese burgers, no onions Xtra pickles 1 large fry. I received 1 pickle, xtra onions and everything was cold. It is way to expensive these day's to get that type of food from any restaurant. I won't be back. Very sad.

28 min for an XS drink and a large fry that is never filled. I have to hand the fries back for them to fill up. Rude, slow, employees on phones, earbuds in not paying any attention. Stop taking orders numerous times when they get busy.

First off fast food might as well go make McDonald's a actual restaurant for how long you have to wait and the customer service is awful. I had so many bad services here between the food being cold or old. It's ridiculous how slow they all move in there including the managers.

Went through drive through and they said pull up. NEVER pull up! took 45 minutes to make 3 regular small cheeseburgers and they forgot to bring it out. Man oh man was I hot

The floor was so greasy

The service here was horrible. Nobody at the counter you had to call for someone. Service was so slow that an Uber eats driver canceled the order on site. The manager on duty was unapologetic and wouldn't even talk to customers.

The workers were short handed and they were doing the best they could do.and it was a rude customer in there so it made it very uneasy

very great experience this morning. the presentation was great, the food, customer service. everything great! we ordered the breakfast burrito(buy 1 get one $1) a large caramel frappe, the steak egg and cheese bagel, etc. the burritos were warm and the cheese was melted nicely. there was also a nice portion in the burritos and were wrapped nicely. it was my first time getting the steak egg and cheese bagel, but i loved it! i always get a frappe, but this one was perfectly blended. everything was great, the drive through was quick and friendly and while everything was done in fast timing, presentation was amazing! well done McDonald's.

Waited in line 25 minutes...6 cars in front of me. My food was nasty and cold. 2 young boys who barely spoke English playing on their phones suppose to be working the drive thru.
