McDonald's

very great experience this morning. the presentation was great, the food, customer service. everything great! we ordered the breakfast burrito(buy 1 get one $1) a large caramel frappe, the steak egg and cheese bagel, etc. the burritos were warm and the cheese was melted nicely. there was also a nice portion in the burritos and were wrapped nicely. it was my first time getting the steak egg and cheese bagel, but i loved it! i always get a frappe, but this one was perfectly blended. everything was great, the drive through was quick and friendly and while everything was done in fast timing, presentation was amazing! well done McDonald's.

Waited in line 25 minutes...6 cars in front of me. My food was nasty and cold. 2 young boys who barely spoke English playing on their phones suppose to be working the drive thru.

30 minute wait time in drive thru

So we go thru drive thru asking for cheeseburger meal for a 6 year old, no toppings, just meat cheese and mayo this is what we got. Threw it away after a few bites and Im done with MickeyDees. Thank you

Blatantly Rude staff!! Cold food despite the MANY people in front of me! Very disappointed!!

Went thru drive thru..was asked to pull over while they made fries..Girl came to my truck twice and did not have my order..Waited 20 minutes while 7 other cars after me got their food..Had to go in and get my fish sandwich and fries..Manager saw me and heard me and turned away..The lady who did get me.my food apologized and the young girl running food was very nice but very untrained and again the manager offered her no help or guidance while she watched everything happen. Very poor leadership.

Found bone fragments in chicken nuggets. Absolutely unacceptable. Will not be eating here again.

Absolutely terrible we went in, someone stormed out and then we got cards thrown at us, got intimidated absolutely unexceptionable come on guys.

never once have I gotten my sauce

absolutely awful, horrible experience. I will never go to this McDonald’s again, this place has completely ruined it for me. I will not be trying Mcdonald’s ever again, fair to say. (my food was soggy and discolored, definitely undercooked) For a company that makes billions, and receives amazing feedback I expected way better.

We stopped by on way home and our meal was very hot and honestly it was the best I’ve had in a long time from McDonald’s.

Great experience.

Can't say service is fast here..it's alright. Takes a little while each time doesn't matter how many people are there.

People who work there are not nice people to me
