We came in for Lunch and had the best experience we’ve had in a long time. Lainy was our server… she was impeccable. She was prompt, courteous, and personable. Our food was delicious. We will def be back!
Absolutely amazing food and even sweeter staff! We stopped in for dinner with our family and were blown away. The crab potato skins (that homemade ranch dip - wow!!) and seafood chowder were incredible, and the steak Olivia and crab cakes were both perfection. Our waitress, Candi, was the absolute best. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. 10/10 experience all around. It’s such a great family restaurant, and we can’t wait to try the owners’ other two local spots. Highly recommend!!
Stumbled on this place in TripAdvisor last time through! Will be back EVERYTIME we pass through! Fast service. friendly folks. good food great prices! All-in-one!! We had Rockfish taco (you should order two! A single was $10.98 and just barely enough) w/ sweet potato fries!! and a Fried shrimp/oyster combo w/ sweet fries ($13.99) Food was excellent! Our lunch w/ two iced teas was $34.14 !!!
Great food, really good service. Great suggestions
The selection is great and I’ve never had a bad meal or a bad server. Gary, the owner, greats each of the tables when I’ve been there and treat you like family. It’s definitely the place to eat when you’re strolling Main Street in Gloucester.
On the way home from my job at Tigon golf carts. Good food good people would recommend.

The picture is the $32.99 Captains Platter, after we removed the fries from the plate. That's all the protein you get... For $32.99 I was expecting mounds of seafood since it's their most expensive food item. The food also took about 45 minutes to arrive and I'm guessing there had to be some confusion in the kitchen or something because the portion size is abysmal. I would have given this place one star, but we had a really nice, attentive waitress that gave us a discount after I said that I'm not used to so little food for so much money. As it stands though, I don't see any reason to come here again when I can go to Bubba's down the road and get about 3x this portion size for $25.

For those of you living in the Hampton Roads area, we highly recommend taking a leisurely “Sunday” drive through Yorktown, Gloucester Point and up north a bit, to enjoy some of the finest dishes and hospitable service at either Scoots or Olivia’s In The Village. While there, ask for Garry, owner/manager of both. He and his staff will make you feel at home with great southern hospitality. 5 stars by our standards.

Great place to eat! Friendliness, excellent food, my go to restaurant especially with guests and friends. Can’t go wrong recommending Olivia’s!!
My husband and I enjoyed our Valentines dinner this evening at Olivia's in the Village. We had a 6:30 reservation and even though the restaurant was very busy, we were seated immediately. The food and service were wonderful as always. Thank you!
Great food, great owners, and great staff
My husband and were visiting for out of town and went to Olivia’s in the Village for dinner. We had the best experience, food and service. Our dinner was delicious and our waiter Stella and the owner Gary were fantastic. P.S. We had the shrimp scampi and penne vodka. Highly recommended.
This place extremely lovely, every time I have been Gary has spoken to us and made us feel welcome. Our server Bri had a warmth about her that helped make the meal even better. Our cook Deshaun cooked our steak so great we had to ask to meet the chef. Living in a small town and still have a home cooked meal with great company is very rare. If you are in the area stop by for great food , nice people and wonderful meal
