I've been coming here for years. I don't know what has happened but the past 2 times I've been it's been awful. I get the southern belle fries and use to get enough to take home. Now you barley get anything on the platter. Slack on BBQ on top of the fries is an understatement. My husband got the southern belle burger and it had a pinch of BBQ on it. My kids get the chicken tenders and they have even gotten smaller. You pay 3 taxes and now they are charging a 20% gratuity on top of it all. I have no problem tipping but when you have to pay an extra $20 for food and service that won't worth it makes you not wanna go. I don't plan on going back or telling people to eat at Patriots anymore.

small local joint with a decent menu , sure the decor needs updating , the music system fixed and a bit more "atmosphere" - but good food , good service and LOCAL , winner winner chicken dinner !

We are coming back again. We love the staff, the atmosphere and the food is great at a great price. THIS is why we no longer frequent the factory food at franchised restaurants. Love the quality and the service is amazing.

Forget chain restaurants. This place is well priced. Great food. Large portions. Glad we came here while on vacation

The house salad was withered and brown. The young lady also our waitress personally made the salad. She stated she noticed that as well when I questioned the brown salad. Ekkkers. . Like really chic, then why would you serve the salad. An option would have been to advise me of this and suggest a different side. The beer battered fish was delish. I stopped at this spot enroute back to another city. Would I go back?? NO I would not. Thank you 4 the effort thou.

Busy place. Took awhile for food and bill but they only had 1 waitress working on a Saturday afternoon and did great.
It's a small location off the side of the road in Gloucester that I've passed by many times and didn't even realize it was there, but I'm glad I spotted it. When we first pulled into the parking lot my son asked are we eating at someone else's house, because it doesn't look like your typical restaurant from the outside. Upon walking inside, it was surprisingly larger than it looks. The servers are polite and the food was better than expected. I would highly recommend the smoked wings. I've been to a lot of places that say they have smoked wings but they definitely give you that smoked wing taste. The prices are average so you won't break the bank for a good sized serving. Will be returning.
