We visit Ruby Tuesday in gloucester, va a few days ago and this young lady named Brittany Couch was such a delight. She was very friendly and and very prompt to answer our questions. The food was amazing and she was a very hard working employee. She was very attentive to our needs and was polite ,well manner and had a pleasant demeanor. We will be coming back.

I've been to this location before, and it's usually pretty good. However, today was a bad day. The food was slow to arrive, even though it wasn't busy, and it was very bland. On the plus side, our waitress was very nice.

My review is biased, because Ruby Tuesday is my favorite “chain” establishment! I adore the croutons / salad bar at Ruby Tuesday. I wish this establishment wasn’t slowly dying out :( I wish more people would find joy in it so we can continue enjoying this salad bar well into the future! Great salad bar, good service. We celebrated Mother’s Day here with my mother and grandmother back a few weeks ago!

Sitting at the bar after ordering my food, I watched the food preparer put the shrimp on my to go plate with his bare hands. And then he eat from someone's order that was waiting to be picked up by the waitress. This is very unsanitary and a health issue, this happened on 05/28/2025 at approximately 1330. Take your business to Apple Bee, I will next!!!!
