Sonic Drive-In

We just went through the drive-thru here and hit a massive pothole that popped our tire. When we told the manager, she just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do even though it’s clearly their fault for not maintaining the drive-thru. While we were stuck in the parking lot putting on the spare, she actually came outside, huffed at us, and walked away without offering help. To top it off, she still charged me for the drink after everything.

What’s worse is we sat here long enough to see another customer almost blow out their tire on the exact same pothole. This is dangerous, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I have photos and will be sharing them as well.

They think a smash burger is a regular burger. They don't seem to care about food quality. Went through the drive-thru & was missing items & they didn't listen to special order. Been twice & same experience.

This is beyond disgusting and wild that the people who made this thought this is okay to give out. I understand it's fast food and night time and I never written a review in my life. But this is the second time something like this happened with this place, first there was a bunch of hair and even a bug. Now this time, the meat is completely burnt. I can't even eat it. I took two bites and it was completely hard as a rock. I ripped it apart to try the middle and still, hard. Completely way overcooked. I would never come here or order from here again. And it's clearly been out sitting and not fresh at all. It's a simple cheeseburger, how do you even mess that up.

Ordered cheesy bacon stack with only mustard and ketchup. Verified twice that it was only those condiments. It arrived with mayo and onions also. Also ordered a grilled cheese. It was bread, but not grilled. Total was $ 11.23. I gave the server a twenty and .23. Should have gotten $9.00 back. I got $10 back. Good thing. Couldn't eat much of the burger. Will never come here again.

Good food but staff let me sit at a park area for 10 minutes before telling me they weren’t open and to use the drive through. Then I saw another car park and get served so no idea what that was about.

As someone who has been to multiple different sonics in different states and areas, this sonic is the best i’ve been to by a long shot. The food is always prepared very well and the service has always been good but today was the cherry on top! I forgot to ask her name but lady with short hair was just the nicest employee i’ve met there, she definitely deserves a raise! But overall 10/10, and as someone who worked in food service for 5+ years, most of the negative reviews look like the rude, demanding and needy customers that make working in the industry mentally exhausting!

The that came to car wasn't very pleasant I guess it wasn't enough of a tip

Service is not good and the ice cream barely has any mix ins in it when you’re spending seven dollars for a Sonic blast that’s unacceptable. I would report this to sonic but there is no store number listed on my receipt or anywhere for the store.

You guys are going to end up making people sick. The old freezer burnt tots, shouldn’t be served. Wrong orders every time. Burnt day old meat if not longer. The quality of the food has plummeted over the past few years. This place needs to be shut down. Ruined a child hood favorite. Just give it up already.

The store manager Donna is extremely rude and has an extremely short temper. Would not recommend going to this sonic location unless you want to be greeted with hostility.

I enjoy sonic but haven't gone lately but the last two times I have not received my correct order, this past time I spent just over 40$ and once again never got what I ordered, didn't realize I didn't get a receipt either till I got home and saw my order wasn't right so now I don't even have a receipt for proof, I let the first time go cause things happen but the quality seems to be going down fairly fast, used to be my favorite spot..

Good food

Came home after order 2 meals for 30 dollars to find no onions on burgers missing tots burgers where burnt and dry. After paying wat I did I’ll just got to Damon’s for a burger I’m paying the same thing might as well know I’m getting what I ordered
