Very long wait time. Gratuity is Required! (Not Optional) People that where placing online orders were waiting as well and prices were inflated because it's inside the Airport. They do have plenty of employees and they were trying their hardest, just something in the whole production system did not let it flow.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. I always order thru the mobile app because I can usually just walk in and out when my order and the estimated wait times for my drink are usually right.

There was one person ahead of me and absolutely no one behind me And the two girls working acted like I was ruining their day. They weren’t very happy. They were kind of rude actually and they rushed me off.

Always a treat a couple times per month.

Extraordinarily slow. One drink and we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Would be quicker to go to the Hayes one.

The worst Starbucks food I’ve ever tried, and the drinks were not as good as they should. I always get the same thing every time I go to a Starbucks and both drinks turned out bad. The service was great tho!!

I don’t always have a bad experience here, but this morning was not good. I rarely ever write reviews, but this was annoying. I ordered on the app at 9:03 AM. Got there at 9: 09 when it said my order was ready my coffee was there. My food was not. I stood there for 12 minutes and nobody asked anything and I didn’t want to bother them as they were busy finally I asked somebody if the sandwich was ready and they said oh yeah sorry we are out of it. That is very frustrated. Ended up being late to work and was extremely unhappy. I don’t pay premium price for coffee from Starbucks for all of that.

The vanilla bean and the ribbon caramel crunch omg. See I’m not much of a Starbucks fan but my son loves the bean and my sissy got me one that crunch drink. Yummyyyyy

This place is consistently slow when you order at the counter, or order ahead. I have been watching when I order in there and as I am waiting, there seems to be no precedence, except those that are sitting in the comfort of their vehicle at the drive through. I don’t order anything fancy, usually an Americano or cold brew, but it shouldn’t take over 5 minutes of being the only customer in the store and making awkward eye contact to get a cold brew as the drive through line is getting pumped out. Especially when it’s over five dollars for some coffee and ice.

Normally a much better experience here but today whatever music they had playing was absolutely insufferably loud. We couldn’t even have a conversation. Sounded like a 50s jazz club! We like the quieter more modern coffeehouse music so that we can enjoy each others’ company and not be forced outside with a headache!

The line should never take over thirty min when there is 4 cars. It happens quite frequently.

I appreciate the staff and service at the Gloucester Starbucks. Rather it's the drive-thru or inside, each person is friendly and kind. The store is clean and bright. The bathrooms have always been clean and serviceable, they even have changing tables!

customer service sucks bye the Manager when you are given the wrong size and its brought to your attention it should be fixed ! not the next time you go through an order the same drink the manager has the employee look and peek around the corner to see if it’s you and then she stands at the window like she’s gonna intimidate you wrong person to try that trick on !!!! it a not about the money i came there 2 to 3 times a day i can afford whatever I would like ! it’s about customer service!!!
