I had a hundred points to redeem so I got my usual which is a tall dark roast and four shots of espresso into my personal cup. Not only did it seem to take longer than usual, almost 15 minutes, but when I got my coffee back it looked short meaning less than what I normally get. I asked the same person who I placed the order with are you sure that the four shots of espresso are in this one cup of tall dark roast coffee, she said yes she just poured them. Here are pictures of that coffee less a couple of sips that I took while I'm in the car, literally just a couple of sips. This is not a 12oz tall dark roast 12 oz plus a four shot espresso. The espresso often leaves a slight foam for a few minutes at the top, this one did not. Someone messed up royally or they just have really light pours on their coffee. I'm glad I don't live here, visiting from out of town on business, can't wait to get back home to my Charlotte Starbucks, they serve a tall dark roast and four shots of espresso correctly. Anyone visiting here should check your coffee levels before you leave.

Every year, twice a year, our huge group of girls comes up into town from our camp ground and have made it our tradition. We come up and get it for all of the girls, and there’s a lot of them. I would say about 10 of us. We love supporting our local Starbucks! And thank you so much for creating so many amazing memories! Thank you! Drinks are also always great btw

They honestly need to stop putting whipped cream in the bottom of the cups, they need to bring back the Java Chip frappuccino and some of the ppl need to learn how to follow directions and customer needs .

Still the worst Starbucks in town. Second time in a row that people don't know how to use the POS machine. How are you going to let a Kroger Starbucks provide better service than an established store. Focus less on hiring people with dyed hair, and more on training the people with dyed hair. Can't comment on the quality of the food or drink, when you can't even get that far, since your focus is on the automated systems and the drive thru. Have the day you deserve, I will be going to the Hayes location, even if they mess up, they make it right.

It’s a very nice, mostly quiet space with excellent coffee, snacks, and sandwiches. Our “go to” place whilst visiting Gloucester.

Very long wait time. Gratuity is Required! (Not Optional) People that where placing online orders were waiting as well and prices were inflated because it's inside the Airport. They do have plenty of employees and they were trying their hardest, just something in the whole production system did not let it flow.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. I always order thru the mobile app because I can usually just walk in and out when my order and the estimated wait times for my drink are usually right.

There was one person ahead of me and absolutely no one behind me And the two girls working acted like I was ruining their day. They weren’t very happy. They were kind of rude actually and they rushed me off.

Always a treat a couple times per month.

Extraordinarily slow. One drink and we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Would be quicker to go to the Hayes one.
