Fantastic food and beverages! Quick clean and quality!
Quality wraps and sandwiches, delicious deserts and hot brewed coffee keep us coming back. The staff is friendly and hard working. My wife and I have enjoyed spending time together here!
This was my first time visiting Sweet Tooth
Food was excellent , friendly and accommodating staff. Since I have a food allergy they went over and Beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and they made sure my food was prepared correctly with no cross contamination since I can not have red meat. The Manager Crystal even took time to make sure the server had put all the information in correctly so she could personally communicate it to the cook.
I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend Sweet Tooth Cafe

We were doing a walk in Gloucester and ran across this week tooth cafe. We stopped there for lunch and it was delicious. Their menu has a diverse collection of available foods and their dessert bar is just very very tempting. I highly recommend this restaurant when visiting the Gloucester area.

Sweet tooth is by far our favorite restaurant to visit. We always feel like family when we go. And it’s not because a family member works there. They are truly the best! Food, atmosphere, friendliness, everything about them shines. My favorite is the caramel macchiato hot coffee. Yummy! I always get this. It’s my dessert. My husband occasionally gets dessert. It’s hard for him to pick a favorite because they are all so good. The portions are amazing. I end up taking half of it home for later. If you ever go, get the cucumber salad. It’s the best!

The food was good and the seating is a little cramped but if you don't mind getting to know your neighbor it's not bad. The service.was amazing! I know the deserts are great.

Sweet tooth was the perfect setting for a little desert date. We tried the iced coffee (Carmel macchiato and salted Carmel) as well as the Black Forest cheese cake and German chocolate brownie. Every thing was delicious and service was great! We will definitely be returning.

Great cafe! My husband, son and I tried this out this past Saturday and absolutely fell in love. The cafe is very cute and everything we ate was fantastic. We got a variety off their menu- quiche, French toast, salad and a sandwich... all fantastic. The prices are very fair in my opinion too. Had to take some of their desserts home to have later. Cant wait to go back!

A 3 is generous. Served a jelly sandwich b/c tgey were out of peanut butter and "hoped that was okay" brought us a grilled cheese instead that was literally a one slice of bread toasted cut in half and then cheese added. Waitress said it was american cheese and doesn't melt the same. What??? Quiche was frozen out of a box. Corn chowder..not sure what that was..
Sweet Tooth Cafe was a great coffee find in historic downtown Gloucester! We got some iced lattes (caramel, chai, salted caramel, and tiramisu) to enjoy for the afternoon. It's a good coffee base and the flavors were great!
Wonderful food and great atmosphere
I painted it, so of course I had to sample their food and service. Painting is a few doors down at their art center.

Off the chart goodness! Had no idea there was an outside patio - loved it! The Cuban is flat out to die for, as is the carrot cake trifle. Gracious! Cannot wait to return!
